I took my first class at From the Top yesterday 5/14- beginners heels on with Danielle (TU 6:30-7:30pm). She is welcoming and made the steps easy to follow. I felt sexy and confident throughout the session. It was a great workout that had me work up a sweat and left me with satisfying soreness the next day. Highly recommend, even if you do not have a dancer background! I am a total beginner and Danielle made us all feel comfortable and emphasized making moves your own and having fun! The studio was so cute, clean, and located in a safe neighborhood, next to other establishments and parking was easy. Also, Nikki (co-founder) was so sweet and welcoming to all ladies! I am so happy I found a fun way to exercise & feel sexy while doing it. Can’t wait to go back next week and try other classes!!

This studio is an absolute gem! Hands down, one of the best dance studios I've ever experienced. The choreographers are incredible, bringing out an empowering, feminine, and sexy energy in every session! The owner, Gigi is so vibrant, fun, and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. What sets this place apart is the variety of classes. The yoga classes are a perfect complement to my intense workouts at No Days Off Gym. I can't recommend this place enough! Love love LOVE it here!

I absolutely love this dance studio!!! I wasn't sure what to expect, but felt very welcome and comfortable. You can be yourself here without any judgement. It's a great workout and most importantly it is SO much fun! I left the studio with more energy and confidence and can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

I can’t rave enough about From The Top FTL!

From the moment I stepped into this vibrant studio, I felt an electric energy that set the tone for a fun yet challenging experience! The atmosphere is alive with creativity and every corner is infused with passion for dance. The instructors are nothing short of phenomenal, their expertise and enthusiasm make even the most challenging classes, feel exhilarating. They strike the perfect balance between pushing your limits and ensuring you have a blast while doing it!

I couldn't be happier with my experience! As someone with no prior dance experience, I was super nervous at first, but I felt so welcome by everyone ..it really was a class of woman supporting woman I loved it. The instructors are incredibly supportive and made the entire class so much fun. I'm definitely coming back weekly, and I can't wait to try the chair class next! Highly recommend for anyone looking to dance and have a great time, no matter your skill level.
