I had originally reached out to Annie Green on May 18, 2022 expressing interest in getting my two individuals into their social program. Annie responded promptly and told me about the program and said “I can add your email to our contact list so that you can start getting the flyers” however, I was never added nor did I ever receive any flyers. I then went on and emailed her on May 23rd that they both had enough units in their plan to add FOB and attached the social program enrollment form for both of the guys as well and asked how to proceed. On June 4th, I emailed Annie again following up since she hadn’t responded yet to my email from 2 weeks prior. I then called on June 11th and left a voicemail for Annie since I still had not heard back. On June 15th, I called again and spoke with someone at the front desk. She assured me that this didn’t sound like Annie and she wasn’t sure why she wasn’t responding to me. She suggested that I email the enrollment forms to her so she could print them out and put them on Annie’s desk for her. She also told me that Annie was on vacation and would be back the next week. When I tried to email the forms over, the email address I was given, came back as undeliverable. So, I waited and called back on June 20th and spoke with the day program manager who was very nice and was very apologetic on Annie’s behalf. She transferred me to Annie’s phone and I left yet another message for her. Annie finally called me back that evening but sounded annoyed with me and gave no explanation other than “sorry it’s taken me so long to get back to you.” She told me they were doing a social event on Thursday that my individuals could attend at the community room of some apartment complex. I initially agreed to them going but later realized that she never told me the time of the event. Also, after our phone conversation I was rather disappointed with how the situation was handled and decided to pull our applications from the program. It really is unfortunate because everyone else that I spoke with seemed very nice so I’m not sure why Annie was suddenly out of the blue no longer responding to me. I’m sad for my individuals because they were looking forward to joining but I would rather look somewhere else after this.
