Super nice people! Been here for a couple weeks for a class and I keep realizing I am stronger than I think. Lost about 15lbs since the first time I was here (from long hair to short) and I'm suprised how much easier things have gotten and how much prettier I look doing them. Definitely gives you core strength and grip strength and confidence!

I just went to the performance Café des Troy's Amis at the Dairy Arts Center with dancers Laurel Johnson, Valerie Morris and Nancy Smith. The musicians were Tom Hagerman,Susan Cahill, Evan Orman and Sara Parkison. The dancers were absolutely amazing and the music was exceptional too! Highly recommend.

This is an extraordinary place. The classes are taught by professionals with every aspect of safety and student development taken into consideration. As a nonprofit, they work towards their mission and you know you can trust them to have the students best interest at heart. If you don't want to try flying yourself, you should check out their professional company shows at the Dairy! They are hands down the best performing arts program in BoCo!
