I started my aviation journey at Freedom Flying this past summer and I received such personalized instruction & a really comfortable environment! Everyone knows you on a first name basis and I am thankful that I got into the aviation world here. I highly recommend it for anyone whether you are looking to go to an airline or flying for fun! The remos is a very fun plane!!

I met with Jack, who matched my excitement in learning to pilot an aircraft. He had answers (and then some) to every question I had, and to each follow up as well. The discovery flight was awesome. It was a busy day at the airport, and Jack still explained what we were doing, and why, through every step. If you're considering it, I would definitely give him a call.

Excellent flight school out of Aurora Municipal. Chief flight instructor Jack is professional, thorough during lessons & an absolute delight to work with. I find that my sessions with him are very efficient with no wasted flight hours. His post flight debriefs provide succinct focus points for improvement in the next lesson.
Their new classroom facility is well organized & has a wooden cabin feel which is truly an added bonus to club membership. Current flight ops on a well maintained LSA- Remos GX.
Hands down the best school in the area! (based on personal experiences from KPWK, 1C5, KDPA)

I was super scared to fly at first but these trainers at this company really helped me get over my fear & Now I Fly!!! Every weekend!!! This company is the best company i found and i visited a few. Such an amazing experience- comfortable- safe & their planes are well kept. Just try this place once - its all you’ll need. 🙂

All of the instructors are approachable for any questions or advice. Being able to schedule a flight with an instructor online is extremely convenient. The planes and equipment are always well maintained making me personally feel safe. The ground school that is offered is well worth the time to advance your knowledge and skills. Currently a student here and all I can say is very open times great environment and Jack Owner and Flight instructor will guide you towards the right path to any license to obtain.Not only that but the flying club part is awesome affordable and great planes always in perfect condition.
