22 years ago, I graduated from C.E.C. I attended the Fire science Program for 4 years, the first year was with Darryl Miller who taught Sports Medicine/ Firefighting. Mr. Miller was a phenomenal teacher! My 2nd, 3rd and 4th year was with Gilbert Lettig a Denver Firefighter who taught us all the in’s and out’s of Firefighting! Mr. Lettig, was very patient and very Knowledgable of the career! I graduated with a Full Ride Scholarship the first given for C.E.C. I then went to Red Rocks for the Fire Science Program, during College I trained hard, attended EMT courses, took tests to hopefully get on with the Fire Departments. And with all my hard work and dedication my dream came true!! I became a South Metro Firefighter at the Age of 20!! Dreams do come true! Thank you C.E.C. And the best instructors ( Darryl Miller, and Gilbert Lettig ) I have ever had, to help me achieve my dreams! For whoever reads this, YOU TOO CAN ACCOMPLISH YOUR DREAMS, AS LONG AS YOU WORK HARD AND NEVER GIVE UP!!!

Worst school ever!!!!! They say how they really care about the bullying of other students when they don't even try as an effort to do so!! Not only that but I was once a part time student there and confronted the staff about it and all they cared about was my personal problems unlike the real problem!! They also put a guideline of discrimination on their walls aligned by the gaming and sewing classroom. What a mess of a school and thank gosh I got out of there!!!!!
