I am so grateful that I made the choice of taking my teacher training with Karen a few years ago. I always felt so grounded, clear and connected to my Inner Divine Self after her classes and finally decided to expand upon my own learning. Her training has had a lasting impact on my life. Karen is a beautiful soul that is rich with vast deep knowledge and experience with all aspects of the ancient teachings of yoga. She embodies what she teaches and shares that so well. I highly recommend Fox Valley Yoga for anyone that is wanting to teach, or to just deepen their own knowledge of the many beautiful healing practices that yoga has to offer for the mind body and soul.

Fox valley yoga is an amazing place to learn.
This program is the real deal. Karen is such an amazing teacher. She has a great way of teaching and keeping you engaged and she is so full of knowledge it blows my mind at every single class. She is compassionate and caring and you almost become like a family when you take this course. I’m so glad I found her instead of anywhere else. She truly cares about her students and cares if they succeed. She is accommodating and such a bright light to learn from. I will be forever grateful for everything she has taught. This is not just about becoming a yoga teacher for me it is a gift and a way of living as well.

Karen teaches all aspects of Yoga that will not only deepen your knowledge as a teacher but also allows for a deep understanding of self. Fox Valley is an extensive school that stands above the rest. This was the best gift I ever gave to myself. While a yogi since high-school, it wasn't until taking teacher training with Karen, that I feel I really began my practice. That was four years ago. Fox Valley Yoga Teacher training is in a league if it's own. Steeped in tradition and lineage, this course takes you from your western asana practice deeply into your yoga journey inward, into spirit.

I am so grateful for Karen and her well-rounded teachings for the 200H YTT program. This experience was incredible, and I have grown tremendously since the first day of the program to now. Learning about the eight-limbed path of Patanjali, the Yoga Sutras, Ayurveda, Hatha Yoga, Yamas and Niyamas, Asanas in detail, sequencing for Para Yoga, Pranayama, Mantra, and MUCH more. This program has given me a clearer understanding of the intensity of knowledge around yoga in general and has given my life a new tool that I will be able to utilize for the rest of my days. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is looking for a 200H YTT program, and wanting to learn more about the methods behind sequencing and preparing the body and the mind for an accomplished internal sense of peace.
