We have been really happy with Foss swim school.

SWIM INSTRUCTION
Our 6 1/2 year-old son has taken lessons for the first time ever without being able to swim and has progressed very quickly with the support and the education. His swim instructors are highly encouraging as well as skilled both at swimming and at working with young humans.
My wife began lessons as well, wanting to learn to swim in her fifth decade of life. She jumped right in and they met her and coached her so that after only a few weeks, she is swimming freestyle in the backstroke with confidence.

FACILITIES
We have been impressed with the cleanliness, quality, and space at this location. It is a fairly new location and they seem to be maintaining it quite well. Just tonight people were cleaning the drains on the swim deck and throughout the locker room, as well as cleaning all the windows and mirrors. Their attention to detail was impressive. We were also impressed with the large viewing area as well as the seating within the pool deck. Besides all that they have a little play area for young kids with lots of hand manipulation games. What a great way to enter both young swimmers as well as their siblings.

STAFF
We have found the staff to be really knowledgeable and kind. They explained the options and the process as well as welcomed us each time we visited.

CHANGES
we do have two change that we’d like to see… One small and one big. The changing rooms are great, but it’d be wonderful to have more than one hook in each. In addition, the outside signage is not above the entrance and that is both surprising and a little confusing.

Some of the teachers act like they hate their life during sessions because toddlers can be a lot of work sometimes. Those teachers need to find a new profession and the school should hire people that are better with kids. It’s also very crowded in the pool area during peak times. Not worth your money.

Our first time and my son had a wonderful experience, we're excited to start. I'd like to add that our swim instructor Ariana had a big role in our decision. She's a great teacher, patient, FUN and has a knack for teaching new swimmers.

The managers and swim coaches are fantastic with both of my kids, and both kids have been making amazing progress here!

Foss has been great for us so far! Our toddler was really scared of the water at first and has made amazing progress at Foss. We plan to continue to take lessons there for the next quarter.
