The staff here are great. The facilities are clean, and there are plenty of showers, changing rooms, and bathrooms. There are even three baby changing stations not counting the ones in the restrooms. The quality of the lessons is top notch, too. They really keep the kids moving and teach them what to work on. The heated pool and warm temps in the pool area help put the kids at ease, too. It may seem pricey compared to other options, but you get what you pay for and more.

My kids have been learning here for almost 2years. This place used to have very good group lesson of 1:3 tutor student ratio. However recently its ratio becomes 1:4 for 30min. Barely learned a little things each lesson. AND the shower water is always cold! This is super uncomfortable for kids just came out of pool. Don’t want to continue anymore.

After 8 years as a customer I’ve decided to go elsewhere. My daughter went thru the program without many issues. My son, however, has been slower to learn. After the 3rd time taking the same class, I was denied the “swimmers guaranteed”. Which states that if your swimmer repeats a level 2x they will be offered assistance the 3rd time. If they have to repeat the level a 4th time, it’s is supposed to be “on us”.

I’m being told that because two of my sons attempts at the level were “camps” ie 4x a week for 2 weeks and 4x a week for a month, that I didn’t qualify for extra help in his 3rd go round because “camps don’t count” and likewise the 4th “on us” session per the technicality.

I have been at the school for numerous turnovers that have directly affected the quality and consistency of their programs. I have never once complained. Now, when my son is struggling, I have been shown no understanding or treatment like a valued customer of 8 years. Shame on you.

Been going to Foss for four years. Great programs for getting kids ready for water! All instructors are well-trained and great with kids. Facility is well laid out and sized right. Can get a little crowded in showers and changing rooms at peak times because classes are all changing over simultaneously. Highly recommended for future swimmers!

I never write reviews, but have to for this just because we are so thrilled with Sarah R and how she was able to make our 4 year old comfortable to swim without us, his first time ever doing an activity without a parent. She is fun, patient, and knows just how to get kids excited and calm their nerves. We are switching class dates and will inevitably have new teachers, but we are so pleased with both of our swim teachers at Foss so far!
Also the water is warm!

Great training and great instructors. Only down side is I was disappointed when there was more than 3 students per 1 teacher like their site described for “ones” level. Pool temperature is great and baby loves the classes.
Just for future reference. Verify personally what to expect and class size as it could be different than what’s on the site.

After trying out different swim schools in the area, this one has the others beat. Everyone is absolutely committed to providing the best curriculum in a safe environment. Water and facility is extremely clean. Teachers are absolutely wonderful and patient.
