Absolutely love this gym. I was a prior member when they had a few more locations including Land Park (new garbage owners.) This gym is amazing. Equipment is cleaned regularly and maintained well. Staff is always available and friendly. The gym is open 24/7, do have some early days for holidays but that is expected. Barak does an amazing job running this place and her staff shows that.

This place rocks. I love going here every morning. It has the perfect equipment for bodybuilding and powerlifting. The early morning staff is friendly and they keep this place clean. Always vacuuming or mopping or cleaning up plates laying on the ground. I appreciate all the effort they put in to keep the place nice. I recommend this gym to anyone newbie to advanced lifter. It’s got everything you could ever need to build every muscle in your body.

The attendant Ariana was amazing! She was extremely helpful with the signup process and made a great first impression. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone. Great service and good vibes all around.

Double the monthly price of 24 hour fitness, has an additional $100+ yearly fee, and their equipment is super old. Not enough plates present or free weight equipment, way less than any other gym i've been to. Also weird that they can't cancel membership on the phone or online, never been to a gym that cant do that

To reply: yes you charge $45 per month and $128 yearly. Whether it is called equipment fee or what not i dont know what you label it

Plenty of equipment and cardio machines. Area around it isn't particularly safe. Also you often can't get someone at the front desk. The crowd there tends towards stereotypical meatheads an Instagram-enthusiast girls (think makeup before a workout), often times taking up machines while on their phones. I recently left because it's not what I want to be around after work. Their contract says you have to give 30 days notice to quit but what they really mean is a full, billable month in addition to the month you're currently in, regardless of the days. I could have fought it with management possibly (the front desk people are super young) but didn't.

Sad to say, not friendly staff. I walked in about 9 pm on a Sunday evening a young lady with curly hair said hello. I informed her that I just accidentally locked my keys in my car and if anybody can happen to help? She said sorry no. Then I asked if I could use the bathroom while I waited for a tow truck. Again, she smiled and said no. Let me guess policy is for members only. What about perspective members of friends and family they may go there. I'm also a elderly disabled woman, shame on you lil miss thing.

Great 24 hour facility with a private gym feel. Always clean and weights are where they're supposed to be. The manager, Barak, takes care of member's needs and keeps the place running smooth. The facility has most of what you want and everything you need. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to get some solid workout sessions in but not have to deal with the craziness of big box gyms.

This place is nothing but a headache , if you enjoy going through hell - JOIN WEST SAC FITNESS! even when you cancel they will just take money out of your account and blame it on their "system " - back in June I cancelled with their manager " Brock " or " Barack" and I thought I was good until I noticed charges from them in November. I went in and same crappy manager had no explanation but lots of attitude about it , saying she will call me after speaking with someone.

Yup...no call back, I had to call the # on my statement and it took me to Lodi location , THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! showed way more concern than the actual person that made these mistakes, got money refunded same day !
( ironically a diff location got this done for me )

Fast forward to today ( Jan 6) ....
west sac fitness system charge on my account and of course manager Brock with no explanation but " oh we got a new system " "I will have to call you back"...

Called Lodi again and they took care of it again and hope for the last time. Idk if this reaches the right person but maybe yall need a new manager or train this one better because this is not how you handle a situation YOU GUYS made a mistake on..... this gym is a joke and that's why every one I know personally went to land park location where they actually take care of their members.

I know lots of people that came out and said this location did the same thing.... I will be contacting bbb as well.
