If you are seeking a church family please come visit. This is such an amazing, welcoming church. First Pres is community minded. Their giving doesn't stop at the church doors.

Great place to worship, has plenty of activities to sign up for and do. Makes visitors feel welcome, and has a fairly good staff willing to help explain to you the proceedings of each Sundays Worship. First Presbyterian Church is a warm place to be during coffee fellowship between services. Most of the regular members help make your visit appreciated. Minister does try to greet everyone either before or after services and it's a fairly good job explaining what you need to do each week through his verbal announcements, plus they are also printed in each weeks bulletin. Music is lively, with a great organist, choir, band, bells, and weekly music selections. What you can't find in this place, will surely be developed into a group with the right amount of participants. From my personal observations, nobody is without a friendly smile, handshake or just a greeting in general, even in times of Covid, and through the face coverings, there are reasons to be happy. I recommend a 5+ star rating, not only from a returning member, but as a visitor origionally. Someone does make you feel welcome.

My sons broke down so he called the church and spoke with a lady about leaving the truck in the parking lot for a week or 2 since it broke down and he couldn't move it. Lady said it would be ok and took my sons name n number. They never called my son and then had my sons truck towed away. Not ok. Cost ALOT of money I don't have as a single mother trying to feed kids.

This church works intentionally to make you feel welcome and encourages you to engage at whatever level you are comfortable with. The teaching is scripture based but not dogmatic. Questions and wrestling with your faith journey are embraced by all staff because faith is not always easy. A great church home.

Went with my sister to see her sing in the choir. The organ was way too loud it drowned out what a choir is supposed to be; musical voices without instruments!

Felt right at home. We were there as the Mesa County Sheriff's Posse. And parked cars from horseback. The food was plentiful, and we were all filled physically and mentally.

I love this church. Very friendly and inviting congregation and great pastors. They do a lot of outreach and have great kids groups too. Amazing choir.
