We started our son at Fight Fitness looking for something to keep him active and offer some structure to his activity. After seeing how beneficial it was his brother joined as well. We couldn't be happier with the level of training offered and consistency. We find our kids are constantly being called to a higher standard both on the mat and off. Sensei Shane works with the kids based on their individual needs and we feel like he really sees the boys as individuals, which sometimes can be hard in a group setting. We couldn't be happier with our choice and are thankful to be apart of the Fight Fit Family!!!

My son, Steven, walked into Fight Fitness 618 one day to try a free cardio kickboxing class. He met Sensei Shane and stayed after class to talk, and immediately formed a bond. Steven ended up taking the combat class as well, and Shane began mentoring him. Two years later, Steven has won multiple medals and two national kickboxing championships, but more importantly, he has found a passion for the sport. Shane is more than a Sensei. He is a powerful role model for young minds, teaching them respect, honor, discipline, and a strong work ethic, while also being a good man who gives back to his community and pours into the youth he encounters. Definitely recommend this gym, no matter how old you (or your child) are. You won’t be disappointed!

My son is loving his kickboxing/ jujitsu classes… . I’m so glad we found Fight Fitness 618. It’s such a positive community to be a part of. Sensei Shane is a great instructor, but also encourages complete well being. My son’s grades, attendance, confidence, and overall outlook have improved. He’s even helping around the house more!! I’m so glad he found something that he loves being a part of and is passionate about. I’m happy to be a part of such a knowledgeable, welcoming and encouraging community!

Amazing sensei!
I appreciate sensei Shane's approach with both kids and adults. The atmosphere is very welcoming and homely. He teaches more than just kickboxing & mixed martial arts. I am grateful to have joined Fight Fitness618 with my kiddos and I can not wait to see what the future holds for us. Highly recommend!

Listen, if you’re looking for a place to train and learn martial arts look no further. Wether you’re looking to get a good workout in, want to train to compete in the ring, learn self desense, or instill confidence and discipline in yourself or in your children, Fight Fitness 618 has it all! Sensei Shane is a great instructor who is wise beyond his years and has a very deep level of understanding for martial arts. Both from a technical and a philosophical point of view. Sensei Shane and Fight Fitness 618 offers all of the tools that it requires to be a champion in the ring and in life!
Go and try for yourself. You won’t regret it !

I am in a class at 618 Fight Fitness for Parkinson’s patients. I have been a member for over three years at 618 Fight Fitness. Shane is very dedicated to help us fight the effects of Parkinson’s disease on our bodies. He is always researching for more workouts and has definitely improved our battle against PD. I would recommend 618 Fight Fitness to anyone that needs a workout to improve
your fight against Parkinson’s. We meet two times per week. Come join us!!

I have trained here many times and it’s by far the cleanest ,most equipped training center in the tri state area . Shane is very focused instructor and does a great job tailoring training to each individual’s needs on a personal basis . Go check out Fight Fitness 618– - You will be GLAD you did !!

Great atmosphere! Shane is a great coach who will get the best out of you.. I'm 41 years old and never boxed/kickboxed a day in my life until I started at Fight Fitness 618. In less than two months, I've learned a lot and lost almost 20 pounds in the process!
