Rude employees assaulted some guy recording. I Think they’re all foreigners they beat him up then called the cops on him! We have constitutional rights as well as the right to get that fed money without getting beat up. Same reasons your parents came to America.

I understand government agencies do not have the incentive to perform to their highest efficiently, but this place takes it to the next level. 3rd world level to be exact. They do not care about the ppl who come looking for help. They do not even try to help at all. It seems like they take joy watching ppl waste their day waiting. It’s unfortunate, please do come here unless you absolutely must.

The people inside are helpful and nice. No problem with dealing in person. However, if you try to call your call will never answered or returned, which is very dehumanizing. Please do better in terms of communication with the public.

A woman answered the phone after waiting on hold for 90 minutes, only to let me state my issues with my application, then say hold on and transfer me to the automated system to start all over again. This is beyond infuriating and dehumanizing.

I called a second time and she answered again, and she hung up on me again. If the calls are indeed recorded, she hung up on me for absolutely no reason. She is just on some power trip and hangs up on people when she does not feel like dealing with them or doing their job, she must lead a miserable existence.

I'm trying to help a family member with her case, but it is proving extremely difficult because nobody ever picks up the phone or ever returns voicemails. I have called *dozens* of times since August. I even went with her in-person, and we had to leave after a couple of hours of staying in line because my family member has health issues and wasn't prepared to stay the whole day, and neither was I. My only "choice" is to take another day off and take my family member there again, hoping we can talk to someone. It is incredible how little compassion an office can have for the people they "serve". Have some human decency and at least talk to the people you are supposed to serve. This is not a reactionary review... as I stated above, I have tried over and over again for months and have still not been able to speak with someone or get a call returned.

Long wait, understaffed. Nobody picks up the phone either. However, if you go to the place physically, the employees at the booths are very nice and understanding.

I truly regret the day my case was switched to this office! The office I was with in the city was more thorough 😔
