Jonathan refused to have a discussion on pricing because we wanted to explore options. Apparently asking about 2 different signs is asking too much and god forbid you seek quotes from another place too. I made it clear that we had a preference but would to with another color if it was quicker and just wanted information on that. Very unprofessional. Next time send me over to someone qualified at least and we would have happily ended up purchasing the sign from you guys at $4k plus. What's upsetting is that instead of working to clarify anything unclear such as attempting to talk through phone, that he accused us of not knowing what we wanted even though we knew exactly what we wanted and just needed to compare two different options...
