I cannot say enough about Fast Fitness in the Loo. It probably literally saved my life. Like a lot of people, when I first started, it was with the goal of losing weight. Nearly 2 years later I am down about 60 lbs and have kept it off. More importantly though I have gained a tribe of supportive friends and a new outlook on life. This place, the coaches, the owners, and the members are magical in that they are tough yet supportive and lift you up in an amazing way. In addition to bootcamp classes, there is also spin, yoga, and Zumba. They also offer kids camps in the summer.

I’ve been going to Fast Fitness for a couple years now. It’s great. Good culture and fun. The coaches are all very good and so is the music.

Working out in a group setting beats the hell out of working out alone... helps to keep you consistent when life is making you struggle.

Here all you need to do is show up consistently. You don’t need to worry about planning anything out… the coach will demonstrate how to do each work out at the beginning, while you are warming up, and then give personal tips/corrections as you go along. Works for any level of fitness... how hard you work is up to you.

The majority of members are women, but there are a few token guys at each work out.

Lastly, the coaches will also help with nutrition, macro counting etc... which is awesome

Join up, I highly recommend.

I joined Fast Fitness in the Lou in August with much angst and anxieties of whether I could do it, if I was too out of shape or if I even had the stamina…I love it! I love the variety of workouts that are clearly designed to help each person, no matter the level of fitness! The coaches are all very dedicated to helping you succeed and do it safely. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging! If you are even remotely considering it, DO IT!

The BEST gym experience I’ve ever had. This place is a vibe. 🙂 The coaches know their stuff AND they make it a fun and motivating environment. I’ve felt welcome from day 1. I love that the workouts are planned out for me, quick, and very effective. They also are involved in bettering the community and host so many other fun events. It’s more than just a gym. Fast Fitness gets a 10/10 in my book!
The coaches are amazing. They are always sure to make modifications as I need them. The warm welcomes and positive energy at this gym is beyond measure. What an AWESOME place to workout! I have been to quite a few gyms in the past but never one quite like this one. I sometimes struggle with staying accountable on my own when it comes to my workouts but the coaches help me with doing so. The coaches are there for you every step of the way and are AMAZING!!!

Not only do the coaches work with the group as a whole but also with each of us individually to help us work towards our fitness goals.

The best part are the people who also are working toward their fitness goals. I have met some pretty AMAZING friends in the process! I highly recommend Fast Fitness in the Loo!

Fast Fitness in Loo is simply awesome. It’s more than a gym—it’s a place to come together and help others, a place to help spread kindness and positivity, and a place where you can push yourself to have a healthier and stronger lifestyle. From the wonderful members, to the motivating coaches, and to the welcoming and gracious owners, you really cannot go wrong with this gym. When I started at FF a few years ago, was I able to see instant results. I got stronger, I felt better, and I actually wanted to go workout on a daily basis. And several years later, these are all still true! I highly recommend Fast Fitness to anyone who is interested in having fun and feeling great about yourself!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! It was recommended from a friend and I went and fell in love with the 9:30 Not so fast class. it was a perfect fit! I have enjoyed the group of ladies that are always planning events and book club and birthday lunches and caring for each other. It’s nice and appreciated that I can be myself and get a little goofy and do some dancing during the workouts! Sometimes I even have a dance partner or two and Coach Christine has lost all control and joins in! All the coaches are great and very positive! Lots of Good laughs. That’s the best part besides getting stronger. The yoga is pretty awesome too!
