The absolute worst. The will deliberately lie under oath and yet call the parent deceitful. Very sad how they keep families apart for a paycheck and not follow their own policies. They “have concerns” but will not tell you what they are. They will lie about your records even though their name is tied to the documents. Sad identical service plan from Family Core case in Peoria county was used in another state and I got my child back out of state, but caseworker used manipulation and lies to get my rights terminated to my children. They refused to get DNA test for my children’s father after he asked repeatedly for it so he could do services and see his girls. They all need psychological evaluations themselves as the caseworker I have liked to talk about she wished her baby daddy was locked up for child support. Do your job and help people not destroy what they are struggling to get back. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. They will lie on other caseworkers from different agencies with no actual proof of what is being said to be true. If you can prove they are lying in court seriously talk to the state’s attorney’s office and go after them for contempt. All they is criminals and take parents to court at a civil level. Fight for criminal charges and prosecution if you can prove your caseworker has lied. You fight for your kids, fight for the injustice of the criminal activity this agency does to your families.

I mean the reviews speak for themselves.. it’s sad that a place trusted to unite families together would still be able to operate after so many negative experiences. They should be investigated internally to see what’s really going on. It seems to me they don’t actually want to unite families back together and would rather put children into foster care with complete strangers. They should never be allowed to do this. Let alone around the holidays. Sick and cruel.

They do NOT KNOW how to use a phone you call or text your caseworker and she never answers or texts you back .This is no way to treat children in care or foster parents who have opened their homes. The children did nothing to be in this situation and as a group we (foster parents and agency) are supposed to be here for the children! I only gave 1star because it made me. This is unacceptable

This place is very unorganized and they will lie to you to the bitter end. My sons mother and her boyfriend were in a domestic dispute and I was contacted by the agency to get involved since I am his father and since then they have given me the hardest time about my child and I will be looking to file a law suit against this agency for they have violated so many of my rights and my child’s rights. If you can have your judge request a new agency I’d do so because this place does gaslight children and lie to there families.

They are very very professional,wonderful, and blessed at what they do from the supervisor, caseworker, caseaids, counseling, visits everything is so phenomenal. They make sure that parents and the child stay close together and they do everything in their power to make sure that kids are reunited with their parents. I love everyone down there at Family core they work their butts off to make sure everything is done right done right down to the last detail and always greet you with a beautiful smile. The kids and parents are their number 1 priority and they make sure of that. I'm speaking from experience. Keep doing what u guys are doing you do a magnificent, wonderful job may God continue to bless each and everyone of you and your families many blessings to come. I will continue to say amazing things about u guys FAMILY CORE ROCKS😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
