The management and BCBAs are always super supportive and helpful when it comes to helping the kids. All the employees do their part in ensuring client dignity and safety is top priority, and we do our best to make our ABA services fun for everyone involved. 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.

UPDATE.....
Today, for the 13th time, I received a call to cancel my child session. After speaking to several managers in the last 3 weeks, they assured me that procedures were going to improve, another cancelation. This takes money away from my family as I have to take off work due to the facilities' neglect. This place still remains unprofessional!

Earlier, I posted it here about how the Family Support Center for Autism located on abriendo pueblo is a joke. Since 2022, this center as turned down my child more than 12 times because their employees call in sick or are running late. They do not have a backup person in case of an emergency. I have encountered these issues more than 12 times, and all they are good at is making excuses.
I'm not far from getting fired from my job because of their neglect. They only give you 2 hours to find a sitter. My oldest child has been late for school many times, and I have to call her in sick so she can stay at home and take care of her sister. I hope that this message reaches anyone who works for the State of Colorado and can investigate this business. They get paid from the government for services they do not provide!

Very poorly ran. The staff changes weekly. Your kid always has a new bcba. The staff is young and very inexperienced. I don't much care for the fact that you can go into the local bars at 1am on a Saturday morning and see your kids bcba getting ready to dui it home. It's pretty much just medicaid sponsored daycare.

My son has been going to family support for almost a year. They provide a a supportive loving environment for my non verbal son and to this mama that is everything. The RBT’s and BCBA’s very understanding also give me tips of what I can do to help my support for my son. Best thing that has happened to our family. Thank you family support!

Family Support Center is such an amazing ABA company. This is a company that puts their clients and staff above all. During this pandemic FSC has provided clients with ABA therapy that constantly reflects CDC guidelines, and dedicates it’s efforts as a company to ensure safety. FSC has also gone above and beyond with their staff, as they have provided staff with guaranteed pay during this time. 5 star company, 5 star people.

When we started at this place a few years ago, it was great! I really thought I hit the jackpot! Suddenly, we went from BCBA to BCBA. Also, we couldn't get consistent BTs. I have a child that has severe autism (level 3). Consistancy is key. She had 10 different BTs on her case. Because of covid I had multiple people in my house 2 different BTs everyday and that changed day by day. Extremely disappointing. One of the BTs had the audacity to complain and whisper to another BT, IN MY HOME. If a BT in my home was upset, they should have went to the BCBA, not the other BT in my home. Gossiping is not professional. I decided to end home visits, and go back to in center. Once again, 2 more BTs were added to my child's case. Hopefully things change for this company internally. They used to be really awesome.

Though I've only been here for a short time. I have nothing but good things to say. Staff has been so welcoming and supportive. Genuinely want you to succeed in this field and willing to answer any questions you may have as a new comer. Looking forward to learning all they have to offer to help improve the lives of our clients.
