Excellent service! Best body shaper ever, been using this brand for over 10 years they’re extremely comfortable! This store makes shopping for a new one a great experience and Amparo was super helpful with any questions I had.

I purchased a faja here, and the faja wasn't fitting me correctly. I went to the store to exchange the faja nine of the fajas were fitting correctly. The manager called me and gave me options, she eventually exchange my faja to one that fit the best and paid for the faja to get fixed by a seamstress that fix fajas. Noe my faja fit perfectly. The customer service was phenomenal thank you senora Luz

I went in looking for a bra to cover the back fat and left with bra & shorts.
The 2 ladies were exceptional they made you feel very comfortable with what you were trying on they explained what each piece was for and when and how to wear them. They were very knowledgeable and patient . I had my dress and it looked amazing.

Bought my first piece with no problem. Exchange size was easy and fast.
Decided to buy another one. Didn’t like the style, sent them back with an email asking for 2 different pieces. Also saying that I was happy to
Pay any difference on the price.
After 8 emails , no one answered, totally ignored.
Worst customer service that I ever experienced.

Cecilia was wonderful. She helped get me into the perfect sized faja. It fit great and she assisted me with any adjustments needed. The faja looks great! My biggest worry was seeing the hooks under tight fitting clothes, and they do not show!! Love it.
