My aunt came in today and unfortunately her experience at the front desk was downright awful. She felt that she was treated rudely and discriminated against when seeking assistance, which left her in distress.
Customer service should be a welcoming experience, especially for those in need of support. I believe it is essential for staff to be trained in providing respectful and empathetic service to all individuals, regardless of their background. Needless to say, she will not be returning to this establishment.

This place have discrimination it doesn't matter the color of your skin. They are so rude the way they talk and give directions. The way they dont allow someone else to help the applicant give them is un fair some people. Especially when you are black ,they treat the black people so bad. I dislike this place

This agency sends you into hostile work environments where management is often aggressive and unreasonable. You’re expected to work under unfair conditions, and they may terminate your employment without valid justification. Not recommended.

Applying to the agency was fast & easy. I spoke to the account supervisor Pricila Pardinas who was SUPER SWEET, very polite and patient with me. She answered all my questions and even got into detail. She was very very helpful! Love her! So respectful, made me feel comfortable and would be someone I would refer people to see and ask for when applying to Fairway Staffing!

Bianca is always very hands on and attentive, and she utilizes creative ways to solve problems. The staff always has a great attitude and disposition, they treat me like family, and that enhances the overall experience being a part of Fairway. I’ve recommended a friend of mine, and was recommended by my brother. They will get you work the same day you apply.
