I was excited for the opportunity to tutor reading with them. I was scheduled for an interview online and had my son come down sick. I made a request to them to allow me a different time to interview because I had to take him to the doctor. They told me to send them some other times /dates that would work. After sending them I heard nothing back from them. No communication at all and after I pursued them multiple times they finally came back to me saying all positions were filled at this time. So basically they were not willing to be understanding of the situation I was in which based on that told me it wouldn’t be any better if I had worked for them. Be aware of this if you’re applying to work with “fail me not”. They clearly failed in showing any understanding or care in this situation. I was still owed an interview and never got it. No apology no sense of care at all not worth it.

Let’s just say Fail Me Not Tutoring is an amazing program, we started with them online during the pandemic. Fail Me Not Tutoring has really helped my daughter with her math skills! I could see a difference, she is more confident and focus than she has ever been before. With the help of FMNT my daughter’s Math increased by two full grades. If your child is struggling in school look no farther loves... I definitely recommend Fail Me Not tutoring for the job!

They were not profesional at all. I talked to the lady and we agreed to enroll my kids. She sent me a customized package, when I checked it, it did not much the dates we talked about. This happened during the weekend . I could not get in touch with her during that time . I waited till Monday . When I talked to her, she said I don’t think the offer stills available . I was planning to take my kids that day. The lady said let me talk to tutors and see if they are available . Then she sent a message notifying me that I am not able to enroll my kids. I was hoping to register them just these Two weeks to review for OST.
