F45 has been an awesome way to get me out of my slump in my workout routine. Doing something different every day & having coaches who push you to stay on track helps me tremendously! The environment is awesome, and everyone is super friendly. Give it a try!

My activity level was poor when I had my kids . Trying out F45 was challenging yet rewarding . The coaches were great in keeping up with my form . What is great is the workouts don’t put me at risk for injury like CrossFit did for me. They are open for modifications and will help if needed. Great atmosphere and everyone is very supportive ! I’ve lost 10lbs in a month.

I've been going to F45 for a few months now and I'm really enjoying it! Plenty of class times and variety of workouts throughout the week. All the trainers are so nice and friendly. F45 has a real sense of community unlike the other local gyms I've been to. I also appreciate the F45 social events throughout the year which is a great way to meet more members you may not see during your normal weekly workout schedule. I highly recommend F45 to everyone!

F45 west Huntsville is the best gym! The class format keeps the workout fun and exciting. Joining has been amazing for my mental health and with the workouts being different every day I always leave feeling like I got a great workout in! Great coaches and just 45 minutes of your day makes for an amazing experience!!

The workouts are challenging but the encouragement from the trainers make 45 minutes go by fast. I always leave feeling stronger and ready for the day. Each trainer takes an interest in your personal goals and abilities and that sets f45 apart from the other fitness facilities I've tried locally! Kobi has an amazing team and I'm excited to have an amazing gym family.

After working out consistently for several years, I was looking for something different and walked into F45 after my sister told me about it. Gyms can be incredibly intimidating and F45 was no exception, except it quickly turned from intimidating to welcoming as the staff showed me around and explained the unique workouts. It only took one session to know I had found something different. Something new I really enjoyed! If you’re looking for something to mix it up, I cannot recommend it enough!

Love this place! The atmosphere is just what I was looking for! The coaches are great; very knowledgeable and love what they do! The workouts are challenging but are suitable for all fitness levels with provided modifications. They also have designed the space to keep all of their athletes safe amongst the pandemic. 100% recommend!!
