I’ve never enjoyed a workout… in my life! I LOVE coming to F45! I’m not sure if it is the always changing work outs, the variety of movements or the incredible trainers but I genuinely look forward to going each week.

In the month I have been going I have gained 1.5 ln of muscle and lost almost 2 lb of fat! 🤯 The work outs are intense and not always easy but they are quick! 45 min in and out. I’m a busy girl and I want zero fluff. That’s what I get here!

Jill and Brooke and top notch trainers and really go out of their way to meet you where you’re at while also pushing you to new levels! Can’t wait to see where I am a year from now!

If you thinking about trying them out, just do it! You won’t regret it! If I can do it ANYONE can 😂🙌🏻
