This has been my home F45 ever since moving to Highlands Ranch in 2020, I a truly love it. At the end of the day the vibe really comes down to the instructors, and Melissa, Jesse, and the crew have done a great job of creating an environment where everybody feels welcome, supported, and encouraged. Frankly the lack of turnover with the instruction staff is amazing and speaks volumes about the dynamic the employees have among one another as well. As somebody that needs that external motivation of booking a class, having people around me, etc. in order to maintain consistency F45 has been the perfect fit. I'd encourage those reading this to invest in themselves by taking the plunge, this location will provide the recipe for your success if you are willing to do the work.

This F45 location has the nicest and most supportive instructors. I never felt judged and they took a real interest in my fitness goals. The only reason I don't go here anymore is I moved out of state. The gym and equipment are also very clean. Love this place!

45 minute guided high intensity workouts. This place will make you sweat. There are 20 or so workout stations per session. TV screens on the wall show you the drill and proper form at each station. The coach motivates and pushes you to keep going. You can wear heart rate monitors that show your heart rate up on the big TV. The workouts change every day so you get muscle confusion. Good people there that enjoy having fun.

F45 has been a game changer to my personal fitness goals!!! The trainers make each session exciting and challenging. The app makes things extremely easy to work with my schedule and keep me on track. I am very excited to continue pressing my fitness goals here and hopefully bring more people into the experience.

This place is awesome. The F45 programming is always great, but the coaches at this location are especially good at clarifying the sometimes complicated workouts while being supportive and friendly. There members are also serious about their fitness, which makes it easier to feel motivated. Couldn't recommend this gym more highly.
