I have tried many different types of workouts before and there is something unique about F45. The workouts themselves are amazing, it is such a great mix of cardio and strength. The workouts are fun and upbeat and before you know it you are done. But what truly makes F45 Centennial one of the best places I have been a part of, is the truly welcoming environment. Everyone from the coaches to the other members are so accepting and supportive of everyone. They cheer you on throughout the whole workout and it truly feels like a family. It makes you want to keep coming back and pushing yourself to reach your goals. I highly recommend trying them out.
