Know that California law states that if no refund policy is displayed that you can return within 7 days! Unfortunately, i didnt think I would need to rely on that before purchasing due to the good reviews and my trusting his word. My advice is stick with the law if you choose to purchase with him. My chromebook recently crapped out on me and Emanuel said that with the cost of repairing it, I might as well get a new computer. So I saw the other reviews here and figured I could trust the guy. When he got here with the PC and monitor he told me I could return things when I wanted to. I texted him to ask him how I get audio from the monitor and he said by plugging in a headphone or speakers. I asked him if I could return it because I didn't know the monitor doesn't have audio and he told me I could. When I message him to ask if I can return the monitor he doesn't reply for 2 days. When I follow up, he tells me there's no returns on it. I tell him that's not what he told me in person and he lied to me and said he never said that. I told him during the purchase I didn't know anything about computers and he took advantage of that and didn't tell me the monitor doesn't play sound. Now I'm stuck with a monitor I don't want. I trusted his reviews and him when purchasing from him. Sad to say, he turned out to be the kind of person to not inform and then go back on his word to benefit himself. I obviously won't be buying from him again.
Side note: after my appointment was confirmed and the time of the appointment passed I had to call to ask about it to get another appointment for another day. I wasn't told about the PC needing a wifi adapter at first either until after he brought it. I have been nice and flexible and bought one for it. I've been easy going up until I felt as though I was taken advantage of: this morning.
