I had an excellent time working as a tutor at Eye Level Learning Center Morrisville. Shekar is a fantastic resource who provided clear direction and is easy to work with. Was very flexible, open and welcoming to new members! Kiersten Weissinger was an excellent supervisor who was very patient in showing me the ropes and easing me into the position. She was always very kind, accommodating, flexible, and extremely helpful! She's a great multi-tasker, very patient, and skilled at working with children. I learnt by her example and advice to become a better communicator and overall tutor. She took great initiative in interviewing candidates, bringing them in, training them and made the place very welcoming. She also made the extra effort of coordinating events for employees to mingle outside of work which built a great atmosphere between colleagues.

The curriculum builds strong fundamental skills in English and Math in a creative, engaging, and challenging way. The diagnostic test identifies the strengths and gaps in learning and places children appropriately into the curriculum. It truly keeps them engaged and builds their skills right from the fundamentals. The kids themselves were a pleasure to work with and would love to earn stamps and small prizes as a reflection of their hard work, progress, and good behavior (all essential skills)! Great effort was made to update the curriculum to be even more effective for the younger students which shows how committed Eye Level is to their students and how much emphasis they place on quality. Love this place! My son had issues with reading /writing. He goes to KG and had trouble focussing while reading and writing. Just after going to Eye Level for a month or so, his reading/writing skills improved. His span of focus has increased. He knows that he needs to finish his homework before the next class. So, all in all, it has been wonderful. I would highly recommend this place.
