Both my children have been going to this center for almost 3 years. Ms. Toni and all her teachers are thoroughly professional. Eye Level has definitely helped my children stay ahead in Math and English. Ms. Toni always provides constructive feedback. She is also very accommodating when it comes to scheduling make-up lessons (both kids have had conflicts and we have had to move eye level times on a one-off basis). The kids love and respect her. I have only positive things to say about Eye Level of Palatine. After working there as a grader and teacher for about a year and a half, I have come to love the center. Every student is treated with kindness, helpfulness, and honesty. Ms. Toni and all of her staff are wonderful with kids; every student leaves with a smile and a sense of accomplishment. I have seen tremendous academic growth in the students I have worked with in math and English, as well. The center is clean, organized, and very well-managed. Ms. Toni is very cooperative and will work with all parents to ensure their experience with Eye Level suits their child's needs. I would highly recommend to parents, students, and employees.

We have always had a very positive experience at Eye Level in Palatine. All teachers are really nice but the director, Ms. Toni, is the best. She is always available for a quick chat about my kids’ progress and always provides valuable feedback and advice. She is always very flexible with scheduling too. In addition to free homework sessions, the center organizes various events that help the kids gain confidence and experience new things. Ever since my kids started going to Eye Level, they have become more independent learners and have consistently been getting high scores on their MAP tests. I am especially happy with how their writing has improved. It is a good program all around and I think it’s worth giving it a try!

My daughter has been studying at Eye Level for two years. We have had very positive experience with the center.
My daughter has a very good teacher-student relationship with Mr Jo. Mr Jo is passionate about teaching and connects well with my daughter. He goes beyond the curriculum with the goal of advancing my daughter’s overall Math skills. My daughter is placed in advanced Math in school, and Mr Jo continues to give her challenges.
The center director, Toni, is accessible and accommodating. She is flexible and understands our occasional needs to re-schedule classes.
Prior to Eye Level, we had tried a different learning center and had much less positive results I recommend Eye Level Palatine Center to students who want to advance their math skills.

Our son has attended Eye Level since 1st grade and his experience has always been very pleasant. There are multiple learning centers in the neighborhood and each offers slightly different programs. You really need to know your kid before you sign him/her up at any of these learning centers. We have done an extensive research and comparison before deciding on the Eye Level center in Palatine.

The center's director, Miss Toni along with her husband Mr. Jo both make a perfect team in bringing up the center's standard and reputation. Ever since Miss Toni became the director of the center, she has brought tremendous opportunities for the kids to participate in different enrichment programs, activities, and competitions outside of their regular programs. All of these extra events are in place to encourage the kids to be an active participant and works even harder. Additionally, another thing I notice is that the teachers' turnaround rate at this Center is very low.

Our son is in the district gifted program but is still constantly being challenged by Mr. Jo's Math Assignments. He actually enjoys being challenged. Additionally, our son has a great learning attitude in which he always completes his assignments on time, never complains when he doesn't knows how to solve a problem, and speaks up if he comes across any confusion. In short, the success of a kid's academic areas is a joint effort of the kid, the teacher, and the parents.

Miss Toni is always on top of everything. At times, I always wonder how she is able to handle the different requirements and schedules of all of the kids and their parents. As a matter of fact, can you believe this center also offers free school homework help sessions from time to time without additional fee? Although our son never take advantage of these free help sessions, but I can truly see how it would benefits the kids who need them 🙂

Last but not least, I can't speak for the rest of the Eye Level Centers, but I have referred a few families to the Eye Level center in Palatine, all because of Miss Toni's professional management skills and her husband's strong devotion to the kids' academic success.
