ESI staff i apologize as I thought i completed this review awhile ago but just saw it wasn't posted so I had to correct my mistake. I graduated ESI August 27, 2022 and let me tell you it's been high-flying since then. I had no experience in the realm of protection before then, just military experience working with NSW, VBSS Instructor for the West Coast Fleet Navy, and Small arms and Crew Served Weapons as a GM. From the first day of arrival, I noticed that there was a standard to be met there. The team of instructors made each day filled with knowledge, an adaptive learning environment, and while the days were long they were necessary. People gripe and complain about the course and the GI bill, and while that is their right, I have to say I didn't experience that same outcome. The industry expects a certain standard and you often meet individuals who expect a handout because of previous experiences or titles they've held, but the job itself doesn't always line up with that. I've been fortunate to work with High Net Worth individuals in my home state of CT, I've been asked to come on a Contractor Job in Texas with great pay, I've taught firearms instruction, I've landed my dream job of becoming a police officer, and I have to be honest that it was all because of my graduation from ESI. Also, when you show up to some of these jobs there were other graduates from ESI and we had command presence that often led to leadership roles, more pay, and even direction over other individuals who either went to other EP schools or had no experience at all. The gold standard for ESI is truly real in the industry. While the GI bill or out of pocket cost was heavy up front, I can honestly say that I've made way more financially than I initially put out to attend the course. It was a blessing that truly paid dividends. I know you guys have a wealth of knowledge and a plethora of individuals that you all can have speak to new individuals, but if you ever would like to zoom me in on a class I'd be honored to help anyway I can. Miss you guys and can't say thank you enough ESI.

Very Respectfully Sent,
Terrance Williams

I went through and completed the ESI executive protection specialist program. Having little to no background in the field of protection made it a real challenge for me to attend such a professional training academy. But all of the staff and instructors were very patient and relentless with training our class as a whole and for the individual. With the expert one on one instruction I was given, I was able to come out feeling and performing as a valuable part of the protection team.

I am thrilled to share my endorsement for ESI, Executive Security International. As someone who graduated from the school in 2011, I can confidently say that choosing ESI was one of the best decisions I ever made.

Before enrolling at ESI, I spent nearly 8 years researching various educational institutions and their curricula. Out of all the options I explored, ESI's curriculum perfectly aligned with my lifestyle and learning preferences. The fully immersive environment offered by the school allowed me to truly immerse myself in the subjects I was passionate about, leading to a more enriching educational experience.

Although attending ESI required a significant financial investment, I can wholeheartedly say that the returns have been remarkable. Not only did I gain valuable knowledge and skills, but the opportunities that came my way after graduating were truly extraordinary. I was honored to be invited to teach basic firearms and protective medicine courses at the school, allowing me to share my expertise with fellow students. Additionally, through networking on social media platforms, I had the privilege of working with high-value clients, including A-list actors on movie sets.

One of the most memorable experiences that ESI opened for me was being chosen to run a security team for a presidential candidate in 2016. This opportunity not only showcased the trust and confidence that ESI's reputation holds in the industry, but it also allowed me to apply my skills in a real-world, high-stakes scenario.

Overall, I cannot recommend ESI enough to anyone seeking a comprehensive and immersive educational experience. The school's curriculum, combined with the support and guidance from the faculty and staff, has undoubtedly shaped my career in the most positive way. Whether you have experience in the field or are fresh to the security industry, I am confident that you will find the education and opportunities provided by Executive Security International to be truly invaluable.

I graduated in 2022 and I have to say attending ESI was the best decision I've made. The teachers are not only experts in the industry, but are also active in the field, and teach you things that will directly impact your way of life and career right off the bat. The teaching methods practiced are easy to follow, and are very in depth. If you are looking for a career in Security, this is a fantastic school to attend!

Very fulfilling and very much worth the money spent for the 1 month residency. If choosing a school to start your career in personal protection, start it here. You will not regret

Went thru EP in 2016, loved it. Great skills and experience overall. Fast forward six years later, I relocated to Aspen Colorado and got my dream job, the kind we get certified for. I offered to volunteer as an alumni for the program and despite reaching out three times, not one person returned a phone call or email. Also Erin has separated from ESI and she has not responded for any guidance for alumni in seeking employment consulting. I came into contact with a former instructor who hired me immediately after learning I graduated from ESI. Just so disappointing no one answered the phone, nor returned a call or email.

I did the "distant learning" which I later found out my course work was not graded by anyone with any security knowledge instead it was graded by a high schooler. Later when I challenged ESI their leadership tried to publicly say I never attended any courses. Either they do not have good record keeping or they tried to purposely discredit me, which I have the receipts.

As a veteran myself I find it disgusting that ESI targets Veterans to take advantage of their GI Bill benefits. They create long courses simply to meet the VA requirements to take as much as possible. Look at other EP schools and their duration compared to ESI.

Big promises, slick wording equals a drain of your benefits with a piece of worthless paper.

I had an outstanding career before encountering ESI. The skills and training I obtained from Bob and his excellent team only enhanced the skill set I already possessed.
The friends and colleagues I encountered are lasting even to this day. The world of Executive Security is filled with many challenging opportunities, you are given, if you listen and apply the lessons learned you will find success and satisfaction.
The work is arduous but rewarding. Best of Luck to those who take up this path.
