Mrs. MaCarthy is an AMAZING instructor she’s very hands on and one on one! She will TEACH you! No games! I passed my CNA board FIRST TIME. This teacher and class will get you where you have to go, trust me. 5/5 stars thank you so much!!!

I PASSED THE STATE BOARD EXAM TWICE ON THE FIRST TRY!!!!!! I went to Excelsior to obtain my CNA and Ms. McCarthy and her partners are very hands on and involved in your learning and success. The curriculum and discipline that she provides in her program is much needed! I passed the state board exam the first time on the first try back in 2020 and I ended up having to take the test again after 2 years to renew my license. Ms. McCarthy guided me through the renewal process and got me back on track right away and by studying the information she has in her program I PASSED AGAIN, FOR THE SECOND TIME, ON THE FIRST TRY!!! The program is rigorous yet doable and if you want to PASS THE TEST ON THE FIRST TRY AS LONG AS YOU STUDY THE INFORMATION LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS PROGRAM !!! Thank you again Ms.McCarthy !

The professor Ms. Bola Macarathy was very rude to her subordinates myself included. The week of Dec 10 she screamed and yelled at the subjects sayings"We get in her nerves" she wants us to take notes but not when she's talking. She specifically had unknown issues with me for no apparent reason. Not only that she allowed other students to disrespect and threaten me while in her class and she as the teacher of the state licensing program sat with the telephone in her hand to call the program coordinator. She had already been trying to get me thrown out her class because of me saying she was being aggressive in which she was totally unprofessional. The training course is good but the professor has some issues and needs to be investigated. If anyone else has had any issues please report her to the IBHE. She is the "role model" to our learning she needs to take a break from this because she can not deal well with the public

This academy is highly recommended. It is the best. I answered all 85 questions in less than 50minutes with ease. It was so easy because it was exactly what we were taught in class. Highly qualified lecturers. High level of discipline. Integrity is her watch word. In-depth teaching and practical classes. Thank you from the depth of my heart

This School is top notch and very detailed. Students who passed through this school have come out on top without a hitch. You bet you will be grateful for finding a place like excelsior and crossing path with the Director.
