I have been coming to the same Springfield location for 9 years. The equipment is adequate and staff most of the time is helpful. The new hours on the weekends will lose them a lot of loyal customers. The competitors next door also have sauna and swimming pool, but they are open 24/7(FITCLUB). Closing the gym at 2 pm on the weekends makes the gym less useful for a lot of people. I hear people complaining in the locker room quite often now.

Cannot cancel in any way other than in person and even then only at certain times. Went in before 5PM on a Friday and was told I had to return on Monday.

Place is utter trash and willingly practicing unethical business practices. Never waste a single cent here

I recently booked a free pass through your official website and visited one of your locations expecting to use it. However, when I arrived, I was informed that I needed to purchase a $20 day pass to enter. This was disappointing and felt misleading, as the guest pass option was clearly available online. If your locations do not accept the guest pass, why would you post it online?

Update: this gym has gone to crap. All TVs are broke. Locker room/bathroom hasn't been properly maintained for quite some time. Gym is in a desperate need of a new manager. Someone who gives a damn. New weekend hours only open to 2:00 p.m.That's gonna lose members, most ppl are only able to work out on weekends. Make it 4:00 at least. There are several reviews of ppl complaining about the new weekend hours. Fix it!

Quality gym with a wide selection of machines, benches, racks, etc. However my main complaint is that the wi-fi here is subpar and truly struggles to run music streaming apps such as Spotify, which I find essential to use during workouts. This would not be an issue if the cell service would work, but unless you are near the front of the gym the interior has terrible cell reception.

Most folks there are very friendly. It’s a great gym and you get what you pay for as far as value.

Best gym I’ve been to yet, and I’ve tried a lot different ones. Good vibes, good equipment, friendly staff.

I’ve had multiple experiences where I’ve been working out then the trainers come in and try to run me out of there. Been here for 3 years and it’s never been a problem but now. They are constantly going out of their way to be rude and bully my friend and I. There’s plenty of equipment but it just so happens to be when they come in they need the things I’m using, when’s there multiple others. They put their purse on one of the blocks then tell me I need to give up mine… how about you use the one you put your stuff on?
