This is a nice little co working place in Lafayette. It's not a big place. The prices are reasonable. We booked this place for few days yo have a summit for about 8 people. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Just a couple of minutes away from highway 285. There are several good restaurants nearby to grab a bite as well.

If you are looking for an office outside of your home, look no further! The private office I rented at EOS was spacious and comfortable and the larger office was equipped with everything I needed for a productive workday. The owners were very responsive to requests and concerns - for example, they added coat hooks in the office after I requested one. And they are just the nicest people. It was great to have a work community, even as a self-employed person, and I enjoyed chatting with my "neighbors" when we ran into each other. The conference room is big and nicely decorated and was always available when I needed it. I highly recommend this location.

I don’t often write reviews; however, because I had such a positive experience, I felt inclined to do so in this case.

Due to an extended remodeling project at my house, I was looking for a quiet office space at a reasonable price. Like others, I spend a considerable amount of time on Zoom, WebEx, and Google Meet. As a result of COVID-19, I have also been participating a significant number of international virtual conferences as a participant, moderator, panelist, and presenter. In my quest to find a suitable office to rent, I spent a substantial amount of time exploring and researching a number of different businesses in the Boulder/Louisville/Lafayette/Broomfield areas, including Goosetails, Office Evolution, and Basecamp. All I needed was a secure, quiet, personal office space with high-speed internet access. Unfortunately, some of the aforementioned businesses provide supplementary amenities that most people never use, yet were built into their pricing model (e.g. phone answering service, receptionist, business address, etc.) When I was about to settle for a small, overpriced office (really more like a closet), I stumbled across EOS. I was absolutely delighted with my experience there. First and foremost, both Joe and Bob, who manage the facility, were responsive to my inquiries, and they were very flexible in terms of working with me to accommodate my rental needs. Second, their pricing was more than competitive, with the facility being very clean (newly remodeled) and providing exactly what I required. Finally, the EOS office space is in a good location (just off of S. Boulder Rd.), within a short distance to restaurants and other businesses. If you are looking for a quiet place to work at a reasonable price, I highly recommend EOS.

What a deal! My office space is brand new - all the spaces are new. The furniture, walls, cabinets, lights, security, flooring - Everything is new!.

The amenities provide for all my needs: Fast internet, Kitchen, Copy/Fax/Print/Scan. The conference room is huge, as is the monitor. I love meeting clients here as it sets a professional tone. There is even a shower in one of the two bathrooms.

I searched for months for something affordable and was not expecting to find anything in my price range that had any of the things I have in this office space. The secret is out! You have to check these spaces out for yourself.

We couldn't be happier with our new office! We had previously rented a larger unit from Bob and Joe and were very pleased with that office as well. Bob and Joe are top notch - always going the extra mile. The new offices are beautiful and perfect for our office needs. They thought of everything to accommodate anyone’s office needs.
