Our daughter recently completed the English Language course with Allana-Marie and it has helped her immensely with her confidence. The resources and support that Allana-Marie provides throughout the course have enabled our daughter to develop her skills which in turn has helped her to go up 2 grades on her last exam. We recently used English Excellence to help our daughter to prepare for her English Lit GCSE and we would highly recommend the group revision sessions.
According to my daughter the sessions were really well formatted and very detailed. Allana-Marie was very engaging and very easy to get on with and made all of the student feel comfortable enough to express their views and enable them to develope the scope of their answers. She thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and as parents we they were a great additional tool to her revision and gave her much greater confidence going into the exam.

Allana-Marie is a very dedicated English teacher who took genuine interest in my son, motivating and supporting him in every lesson. She was very transparent and easy to communicate with. Allana helped me immensely with my English over a 4 week course for both Macbeth and another one for Poetry. Her analysis and context is amazing, as well as the way she delivers it to her students, in an interactive and interesting way. Despite the fact that the courses that I selected were only over 4 weeks, Allana still managed to help me learn different topics, ideas, and characters in a lot of depth. I could not thank her enough and I will definitely be referring my brother to her when he is doing his GCSEs in 4 years!

One evening whilst scrolling on Facebook I came across this page and recognised Allannah as a good friend of mine from school/college .
My daughter had lost her confidence in English language and I reached out and asked if she would help her with her looming exams .
I booked in 4 sessions of one to one learning and her confidence level increased so much. The laughter from the other room was infectious and it really boosted Lilly up again and for that I am so grateful.
Allannah was so calm and clear in her teaching and I just wish I had found her sooner so she didn’t have to get so upset earlier, her school had tried to help .

I was lucky enough to find Allana before she started her tutoring business and all I can saw is wow, I only wish I'd found her earlier! My son was really struggling with English Language but Allana took time to go through everything. She was so patient and intuitive on his gaps in learning.
