We attend the toddler classes and absolutely love it. It has helped our little one learn to follow directions from a coach (who is also very understanding when he wants to run away and play with other things in the gym). Really fun way to bond with your toddler in a new way that can't be replicated at home. Much more reasonably priced than comparable gyms and classes are typically quite small during the week. Highly recommend!

Super EXCITED to find local gymnastics classes for my kiddos near our home. emPOWER Kids is where a kid with tons of energy can go to get it ALL out. We were given a tour of the facilities by a professional, friendly and courteous staffer, and we knew right away that we wanted our son to join this program. If your kid is into flips, kart wheels, handstands, etc. this is the place for you. Conveniently located on the top floor of a building the entire suite is dedicated to naturing a kids love of tumbling, gymnastics and SO much more. We maybe late to finding this place, but we feel like it’s a new home for our kiddos. Check it out if you’re in the area, your kids will thank you!

My Kindergartner has had a great entry into gymnastics with Coach Ashley and emPOWER Kids. The coach gives extra help and direction as needed and my child loves what she’s learning and having fun!

Amazing facility that promotes whole health, community, and true self-care. Amazing instructors who get to know all of their athletes and their families. The philosophy is to welcome one and all and make space for people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, and economic stages of life. I highly recommend this wellness center and supporting it.

I can't speak to the classes, but we held our son's 3-year birthday party here last weekend and it was perfect! We had two coaches for 8 kids and the kids had a blast. It was a perfect party set up for a bunch of toddlers. We were able to bring drinks and food as well, so the parents were also able to enjoy. Highly recommend for a child's party!

I have been very impressed by emPower Kids. My little girl is taking gymnastics there and she has had a great time and has learned a lot. They have a wonderful layout for gymnastics and Jenni, the owner is always creating new learning activities to really help develop their skills. They also do a little mindfulness practice at the end of each class which is great. Such an added value along with great gymnastic skills.
