This facility is amazing! Top of the line equipment, clean and perfectly put together. Arcade games, a recovery room with amazing head to toe massage chairs and their fantastic gym on the first floor and all of their fitness and yoga classes on the second floor.

The owners, Scott and Alissa are amazing human beings, so passionate about their clientele and have created something special here. All of the trainers and class instructors are extremely knowledgeable and will help you no matter what level you are on.

So excited for this new gym to be my fitness home for the long hall. Highly recommend this place if you want a facility that truly care and will help you every step of the way in your fitness and wellness journey!

I LOVE this gym. I was new to the area and was looking for a gym that not only offers a variety of classes but also has a great community. I tried a traditional gym and a classes only gym, but didn’t find the right fit until someone told me about this gym.

The gym itself is amazing, there are so many different types of equipment that other gyms don’t have, the owners are fantastic, and the trainers are great, working with you in class to make sure you’re understanding the workouts and modifying if needed.

I recommend this gym to anyone that’s interested in a great workout, no matter where you are on your fitness journey because they’re here to help and support you reach your goals.

This facility is everything you could ever want/need in gym. Offering group fitness, open gym, personal training and yoga all under one roof. Oh and of course the recovery room which includes massage chairs, leg compression sleeves, coffee and tea.
Classes are fun and challenging, offering a variety of exercises and equipment. You will never do the same workout twice.
Scott and Alissa, the owners have are so welcoming and truly care about every one who walks through the door. They have created a unique, friendly environment with fabulous trainers and equipment. They have literally thought of every detail. I have been telling all my family and friends. Highly recommend this gym for your workout experience, whether you are new to working out or a seasoned athlete, there is something for everyone.

This gym has incredible equipment, space, owners, it would be a dream for a personal trainer, and anyone who’s into strength, functional movements, niche gym equipment and your tried and true equipment. You can do open gym, personal training, classes, recovery or any mix of the above!

Scott is always adding new cool equipment, some highlights are barbell and dumbbells, squat racks, tons of kettlebells, Indian clubs, machines, ropes, and omg so much.
