If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Their customer service is top tier and Briana does the best hair cuts and facials. She makes you feel right at home and deserves the absolute best. She makes her clients feel appreciated and like their opinions matter. She is so caring and careful to make sure her clients deserve the best outcome no matter what service is provided. I am highly pleased.

they always cancel my appointments when i get there because theres no students available and i was a model for a class room and the educater didnt listen to my haircut request and cut my hair to short they need more night students there and better educater

Staff is incompetent and I feel terrible for the students. The “educator” messed up my haircut and put in a line when there wasn’t previously, she clearly is out of touch with how to cut hair. I think it was Emmy or Emma that came to check my hair, absolute disaster. It is obvious she is setting these students up for failure. Nothing against the students here they’re trying their best from what they’re given. They were making tin foil cups for the spa products because they had none? Give these students an education PLEASE.

I had an amazing and very joyful experience at the school today!! I came in not knowing what to expect and was very impressed. The students jumped right in and took my inspiration picture and made it reality. Miss Jocelyn was a pure joy to have take on my challenge and do my hair! She spent all day long working on my hair and didn't disappoint from start to finish!! Miss Cass jumped in as well ti help and was very helpful on suggestions and I gladly appreciated them. Emily was the whole reason I came into the school from her lovely additude to her rad purple hair!!! I enjoyed every minute there! I highly recommend this school and all the girls there! Made an awesome experience and showed a very well team oriented school!!!!!

Wanted to do a practice hair style for my son’s upcoming wedding so I went to Empire Beauty School. Susan asked me questions as to what I wanted, listened carefully to my input & was fun to chat with all while creating a professional, beautiful style. So glad I decided to do this. We have come here several times. And we continue bringing friends to also join and enjoy the experience at Empire beauty school. We have gone from getting haircuts all the way to Manny Petty and nail art. And they do an excellent job. They are very friendly and give great customer service.
