Elite Ivy Tutors was a pleasure to work with from the start. The initial consult with Amber to working with our assigned tutor Anya. Anya was able to get through to my son in a very thoughtful, professional, and unique way. My son is an out of the box thinker, highly intelligent, and needs that extra caring and though process Anya was able to offer. If I could make a suggestion for Elite, it would be to try and work on a sliding scale, for those who are unable to afford the higher end prices. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Initially drawn in by positive reviews, my skepticism grew after four pricey $800.00 sessions with Brian, each lasting 2 hours. -Despite the cost, Brian rushed through questions, ignoring my daughter’s specific concerns, even when she requested clarification twice during the session. I called Brian to ask him to go over a certain area she was having trouble with . I over heard the zoom and he ignored my request, just drilling questions and answers.
-Despite confirming our home address over Zoom, the promised SAT study books (over zoom)were never sent, and Brian offered an excuse about taking care of a baby. When I inquired about the tracking number via email he denied ever intending to send the book.

-Compounding my dissatisfaction was Brian’s pushy nature. Despite my daughter agreeing to bi-weekly sessions, he persistently insisted on weekly Zoom sessions and proposed a costly 3-hour session at $1000.00.
-Aware of my daughter’s upcoming school trip to Costa Rica( conservation lab) he was to prepare her work that she could do on down time . We explained to him possibly no Wi-Fi so she needs to print before leaving. despite prior notice, Brian sent the materials only on the day she arrived in Costa Rica . Upon her return I sent an email to confirm next session. I was also on my way back to NY he bombarded me with texts and emails during my vacation, pressuring for payment despite my unavailability. And when he already agreed to take my new cc befor my daughters class. When I answered his ridiculous rude emails every other one has an apology. He doesn’t read his emails either. What a mistake and waste of money this was .

I wish there is more than 5 star rating to rate Elite Ivy tutors. My son had his SAT this month & he did prep classes with Brian. With Brian help my son was able to hit a perfect score in Math and an excellent score overall. when i first spoke to Elite Ivy I thought they're pricey but they really deserve every penny you spend with them. the sessions are customised to the student need & very well organized. I very highly recommend them if you want your kids to master SAT & learn how to perform the test. In addition to that, Brian was very supportive and knew how to relieve our stress during the test week.
