I can't recommend Elba's Daycare enough! From the moment we dropped our little one off as a tiny 9-month-old, Elba has made us feel like an extension of her family. It's such a relief knowing our child is in a safe, loving environment where she's genuinely cared for.

Elba isn't just about babysitting; she fosters a nurturing space that's helped our toddler blossom. We've seen incredible growth in her social skills, communication, and creativity. Elba provides age-appropriate activities that are both fun and educational, and it's clear she puts so much thought and effort into each day.

We’ve been so grateful to have found Elba’s daycare! We love that it is a small group, and feels like a family. Our child has been attending since 7months old and has bonded closely with all the other kids. Elba knows child development stages well and partners with parents as we go through them together. The kids learn Spanish, spend lots of time outside, take care of a pet hamster, learn about nature, go to the park, sing songs, make art, celebrate birthdays together, read books, and Elba and team make them nutritious meals and help them through potty training. We are so grateful for the community we’ve built there and how Elba’s entire family has supported us. Highly recommend Elba’s!

I am so happy I found Elba’s daycare! I sent my daughter at 12 months until we transitioned her to preschool. my daughter picked up so much! The biggest plus for me was how Elba encourages the kiddos to be so independent while providing them with support and care. From eating by herself, wash their hands, to eventually potty training, Elba and her team helped with all of those also with sleeping routine. There are so many fun activities (art and craft projects) that Elba does with the kids and my daughter was always so excited to show me her new creations at the end of the day. They play, dance, go for walks to the park and learn important skills like sharing, being polite, and helping friends. Elba even helps prepare the kiddos for preschool once they turn 2 years with fun worksheets (alphabet, Learn how to write kids name, patterns, shapes, cutting skills)

Two years ago Elba took care of my son. He started when he was 8 months and stayed until he was 3 years old. He was always very happy to go to Elba’s daycare.
Elba truly love and treat children like they are her own. She teach them songs in English and Spanish, and they also do very cute projects, and fun activities.
The communication with parents is excellent.
I would highly recommend her to any family with small children.

This is an exceptional home daycare. Elba treats the children as if they are her own. Elba is nurturing, loving, and keeps a great routine. Elba’s daycare is safe, clean, happy, loving, and structured. Elba and her assistant play games with the children both indoors and outdoors, teach them the alphabet and numbers, sing songs in English and Spanish, has reading time with them, and they do arts and craft projects almost daily. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a caring, loving, home-like atmosphere for their child. You will not be disappointed.

We were so lucky to find Elba's after searching for a small, in-home, Spanish-immersion daycare for our 10month old. At the height of the Omicron wave, finding an in-home provider with a smaller group of kids was really important to us. Not only did we feel like we were lessening our exposure by choosing Elba's over a larger daycare, but we felt like we had found the perfect family to send our son to as his "home-away-from-home."

Beginning with our initial communication and tour, Elba and team were incredibly communicative and welcoming. We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the space, both indoors and outdoors, and loved seeing all of the outdoor play equipment, indoor toys and decorations, musical instruments, crafts, etc. During those first couple of weeks, in particular, it was so helpful to receive photos of our son sleeping soundly during nap time, of the children in circle time, playing at the park, enjoying the outdoor area, etc.

Elba has been super organized and easy to work with; she quickly responds to any questions we have, and has continued to work with our requests around our son's schedule, early potty learning, changes to his milk intake/food restrictions, etc.

Through interactions with both of my kids, I can see just how much Elba loves children and cares for them with all of her heart. At drop-off, not only is our son happy to see Elba y todos sus amigos, but our 4yo daughter runs to give Elba and the kids hugs, and loves to squeeze in some playtime herself. At pick-up, our son is always happy, smiling, and engaged; and we always get verbal details of his day, from his overall temperament, nap time, meals, etc.

I know it's never easy to send your little one to another caretaker for the day, but witnessing Elba and her assistant (as well as Elba's two school-aged daughters - a socialization bonus!) play with, cuddle, and care for my son and his well-being with such love soothes any worries. We were referred word-of-mouth to Elba's after a months-long search and have been blown away by the care our 15mo daughter has received.

Elba and her team were organized and professional from initial call through tour, signup, paperwork, and payment. They set reasonable expectations around schedule, but have always been accommodating when we need occasional flexibility.

Great diversity of activities, from various arts and crafts, dance, and music (singing + instruments), to picking homegrown fruit and playing in the tent or ball pit. The home-cooked meals are great, and they've made continuous upgrades to the kids' indoor and very safe outdoor environments (books, toys, play structures, sandbox, swivel chairs...).

Best part is getting to drop off a very excited kid, pick up a very happy kid, and see her having an amazing time in photos they regularly text us. Happy to recommend Elba's, and feel free to message for details.

Lots of fun! Elba put so much effort into the security of the children and she provides healthy meals for the kids which is great!! She does many projects with the kids and they always have a good time! amazing day care! I highly recommend :))
