Edu Perspective is the best credential evaluator I have witnessed myself. I got my credentials sent from Africa and completed everything in less than a month. Their follow up, update and their offer to help is awesome. To describe it in words: Timely, polite, respectful and reliable.

The GOOD: Service was Quick (for me at least), I Informed them of My Deadline and the Evaluation Came (Emailed Copy) out EXACTLY on D-day. I had to email the institution the digital copy and request fervently that the physical copies were already sent by EP and will be delivered the next day as per courier tracking.

The UGLY: Since this is a PAID service a better customer service is expected, especially with some clarification requests from the client and the U.S. Institution about the report. Simple matters like clarifying items in the report or emphasis on items is desired. Also the partner Digital Core for the PAID digital copies does not have a good customer service, up to now i have no access to my digital copies which was included in the service that i paid.

To get a real feel of how this company will treat you, see screenshot.

I gave them my degree info in December, it is 26 Feb as of today and still no results. When writing to request a refund, this is their reply. Not a word of apology, they don't even understand the impacts of their inaction. The university this evaluation is prepared for has already sent out offers, not to me though. So to what extent is this their fault I wonder?

I will continue arguing with this company until they acknowledge their misconduct (yes, to this date, they still don't think it's their fault).

This is a horrible evaluation agency, they are not professional at all. Even though just an easy evaluation case just one month should be done but after you paid the money, they work on for more than two months very slowly . Also cut much more of your credit. I try to call them nobody answers the phone. No more business with them be careful

I had a smooth and hassle-free experience. I wholeheartedly recommend EP to anyone who is looking for academic credentials evaluations.

I requested a report for a transcript evaluation nearly a month ago, but I'm still waiting for the results. Their website indicated an estimated completion time that has long since passed, and I'm now concerned about missing the enrollment deadlines for the school I’m trying to get into. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend this service — it might be better to consider another company instead. Disappointing.

I highly recommend EP to any international student looking to evaluate their non-US academic transcripts. My experience with EP was exceptional, marked by efficient service and a remarkably quick turnaround time.

Thank you EP!

With love from Nigeria.

Avoid this agency at all costs. I've been working with them since 2015 and have every piece of correspondence to prove it. They are saying that they recently changed their policy on transcript retention in 2023, now claiming that my records expired. (My last order was in 2022). Previously, they assured me transcripts would be retained "forever"—a reasonable expectation, similar to how schools maintain permanent records.

While they insist they notified clients of this policy change, I received no such notice in my mailbox—despite receiving all other communications from them since 2015. Now, they say my only option is to resubmit everything and go through the entire process again, even though my transcripts haven't changed (obviously) Apparently, their transcript reordering fee of $45 isn’t enough money for them.

To make matters worse, their customer service is dismissive and snarky. Save yourself the frustration—look elsewhere.
