Carri and her team have been absolutely instrumental in my child's success in education. I cannot sing their praises enough. They were able to help me identify a learning disability, implement the necessary challenges and changes to his curriculum, and help get him to grade level.
I would recommend Carri and her individual learning plans to anyone, albeit for a learning disability , or just wanting to strengthen their skills.
She will come up with a plan that engages your child and makes them want to succeed. Education is not a short term goal, and neither is her program. However , every minute is worth it.
I love the quarterly check-ins and watching my child gain confidence in what he's doing. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to give their kids more help than they are able to provide themselves.

Our family can not praise Carri and her team of teachers enough!!!!! They have worked with our son and daughter, identifying their learning disabilities at an early age when the school was telling us they were too young to be tested or receive intervention. Carri catered individual programs for our kids, filling in their educational hole and teaching them the important building blocks required to be successful at each stage of their learning. The EES teachers have found a perfect balance of structure, firmness, praise, and rewards to challenge and motivate my kids to do their best and feel great for all they accomplish. Without their intervention, our son and daughter would be grade levels behind in school. Thank you Carri, Mrs. Bess, Nancy, Lauren, and all our past teachers!!! You guys are the best!!

I had initially considered Kumon for tutoring for my son, but didn't like the idea that he would be in a classroom setting doing a bunch of worksheets independently and then sent home with homework. When I heard about EES, I was immediately drawn to the fact that they provide one-on-one tutoring, and all the work is done during sessions. EES has helped my son improve greatly in his reading level and comprehension skills. He is able to focus better and stay on task longer as well. We have had wonderful tutors at EES who are hand chosen to meet the specific needs and learning style of my son. We have regular meetings to discuss progress and any missed lessons are easily rescheduled so no learning time is lost. The office is bright, clean, and professional, it has places to stay and work if you want to wait for your child during their lesson, and everyone there is friendly. We have been very pleased with every aspect of EES.

We have been sending our seven-year-old daughter here for almost a year now. We were alerted by her first grade teacher of some concerns about possible processing disorders. We first reached out to her pediatrician who directed us to an educational psychologist who then recommended us to EES. Carri has been such a help to our family. She listened to our concerns and made recommendations based on a 20+ years of experience. She did an evaluation of our daughter and even met with us, her teacher and the principal at the school to discuss the best plan for our daughter. We started lessons right as a pandemic hit. At first we did all of her sessions via zoom but then quickly changed to in-person and find this to be the most effective. Our daughter loves her tutors and we are very pleased with her results. I love metrics and data and I love that EES systems calculate my daughter’s progress and I can see exactly where she is improving and where she needs help. I high recommend EES to anyone and everyone who is considering tutoring for their children.

Discovering EES has been life changing for our family. Both of our children are dyslexic and we know, without a doubt, that neither would be where they are today academically if it wasn't for Carri and her team.

At the end of first grade, our son was a non-reader with handwriting and spelling way below grade level. After 18 months with EES, he is now a fully functional reader with grade level reading ability within reach. His writing, spelling, and math skills have also improved immensely.

We discovered our daughter's dyslexia when she was only five and not even in kindergarten yet. Within a year, EES took her from knowing no more than 18 uppercase letters to identifying and writing all upper/lowercase letters and their sounds, along with recognizing several sight words and numbers from 1-20. We went from having a child who we weren't sure would ever be prepared for Kindergarten to a child who is now exceeding Kindergarten standards.

Not only has EES gotten our kids on track, but it has made me a more knowledgeable and powerful advocate for our children. When we began our journey with dyslexia, I felt confused, overwhelmed and defeated. With Carri's knowledge, expertise and continual guidance, I feel like I am in control of managing my kids' learning challenges and know how to better advocate for them.

I have recommended EES to several other families and will continue to do so in the future. Carri has a true gift for helping students and their families pinpoint and overcome their learning challenges. Allowing Carri and her team to serve your family will not be a decision you will regret!
