Super helpful and informative, made the process easy. Good follow-up. Very friendly and welcoming. Only pointer: I'm a cis man, but if I was trans (which they wouldn't necessarily know), the fact that two people made the same "I guess I don't have to ask if you're pregnant" joke would have been problematic. When I mentioned this to the second person, he didn't seem to understand what I was saying. So a bit of LGBTQ+ training/education might be needed. On the positive side, I observed the doctor pitching in to greet people at the door and provide answers to walk-ins, something you wouldn't expect from an MD.
