We toured close to 20 daycares in the Naperville area in the search for the perfect daycare. From the moment we entrusted our little one to Bright Horizon’s at just 12 weeks old, we knew we had found something special. Now, as we've transitioned into the toddler room and our son is 17 months old, we can honestly say that Bright Horizon’s continues to be an absolute blessing for our family.

Leaving your tiny baby in someone else's care is incredibly daunting, but the staff at Bright Horizon’s made the transition seamless and reassuring. The infant room caregivers, especially, Karra, Jess, and Eniyah were incredibly nurturing, attentive, and genuinely loving. We received daily updates, often with adorable pictures, which helped ease any anxieties and made us feel connected to our son's day.

As he grew, we continued to be impressed by the stimulating and age-appropriate activities offered. From tummy time and sensory play in the early months to introducing solids and encouraging those first wobbly steps, Bright Horizon’s provided a safe and enriching environment for our son to thrive. We loved seeing him develop and learn in their care.

Now that he's in the toddler room, our positive experience has only continued! Ms. Carrie is fantastic – energetic, patient, and so creative in their activities. We've seen his language skills explode and his social interactions blossom. It's wonderful to see him so engaged and happy every day. Every morning, he runs to the front door when we tell him its time to go see his friends.
What truly sets Bright Horizon’s apart is the genuine warmth and dedication of the entire team. We always hear from families about their daycare having non-stop turnover - we do not experience this at Bright Horizon’s. Every staff member we've encountered, from the directors to the classroom support teachers is friendly, approachable, and clearly passionate about working with children. They know each child individually, understand their unique needs, and consistently go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels happy and secure. We also deeply appreciate the wonderful diversity of the staff at Bright Horizon’s. It's so important to us that our son is cared for and surrounded by individuals from various backgrounds and cultures. This has enriched his experience and broadened his understanding of the world around him, and we are so grateful for it.

Beyond the loving care, Bright Horizon’s is also incredibly well-organized and professional. Communication is excellent, the facility is always clean and well-maintained, and they have clear policies and procedures in place. We always felt confident in their safety protocols and the overall management of the daycare.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a childcare center in the area. The teachers are so caring, supportive, and follow closely to the curriculum. My son and my daughter has growed a lot since they started here half year ago. I've never had a difficult time at drop off, and quite opposite the struggling part is the pick up, when they always want to stay longer and not willing to go home. The management is also super communicative and efficient. Plus, you get extra security from Ecolab in its campus. Great daycare and preschool choice!

My son started here June 2023 and we don’t have one bad thing to say about this place!! Every experience we have had has been positive, even with a room transition. I did a few daycare tours before choosing this location and they gave me the feeling that if I were to leave my son there right then, he would be well taken care of. I did not get that feeling at any other place. Every teacher we have come across has been great! They have a great app with updates and pictures throughout the day, they are always super clean, and they always have fun activities planned to get the kids engaged. They are also great at communicating needs for your child and listening to you, too.

I can't say enough positive things about the experience that my family has had at this particular Bright Horizons. Don't sleep on this location - it's not only for Ecolab employees! My daughter started at the center at 16 months old, and she is now 2 and a half. She THRIVES with this center. I've always felt confident and secure in the genuine love, care, fun and safety this center provides. My daughter has flourished at the center in every way - from eating, to sleeping, to dancing and singing, to language, to taking turns and understanding her space around others, to art projects and dramatic play - you name it, she loves it. The Teachers take time to build creative lesson plans with endless variety, yet wrap everything within a stable routine. The Directors take time to get to know my Husband & I, and we've always felt accepted by them. Even my Parents have been impressed with their positive interactions with the Directors and Teachers the few times they've been on pick-up duty. The center is about :20 minutes away from our home, and a few months back I looked at highly-regarded daycares closer to our house. None compared. There was no need to fix what isn't broken - Cleo gets the attention, play and learning I desire for her to have right at this particular Bright Horizons. While the outside of the center is a corporate complex - you walk inside this center and it's incredibly bright and cheery, clean and consistent. Windows and light everywhere, with security taken very seriously. Now that my daughter is older, she talks to us about her Teachers and even gets sad to be picked up because she loves her "school" so much. I also love how the Teachers take the kids outside to play in their adorable park almost daily - weather depending. Cleo loves riding their bikes and playing in the sandbox. The app provides me with regular photos and updates which makes the Mom-Guilt subside! Her Teachers and experiences at this center will truly stay with me forever, I couldn't be more grateful for how a last minute need for childcare turned into a critical part of how Cleo is being raised. Our family love this daycare so much! We joined the center in 2022 right after it reopened after Covid. My son is in preschool and my little girl was first in infant class and now transit to the toddler class. We love all the classrooms and every teachers we’ve met!

The center are so well designed, clean and bright. Kids love the big hall way area as they can do art and fun projects there. Also my kids talks about “the movement matters” room a lot where they can do fun indoor activities and sometimes yoga! This is so helpful during bad weather days.

The center director Lauren and Alyssa along with all teachers we met are sooooo fantastic, creating a warm and nurturing environment for my child. You’ll always feel welcome every morning by their big and friendly smile and greetings as you walked in! Their dedication to the well-being of each child is commendable, and their open communication ensures parents are always in the loop.

Also I appreciate the thoughtful activities that engage and educate my little one. We wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent for its caring staff and positive atmosphere.

Used this facility for back up care through my job. It is beautiful, clean and the staff is wonderful. Took my 2 year old and 4 month old here and they treated them like their own. My 4 month old loves to be held and can be a lot of work and both of my children loved it. My two year old was not even ready to go home which is not like her at all. We never used day care before and we are so thankful to have used this place. The director Lauren comes out of her office greets you and gives a helping hand. I can’t say enough nice things about this place.
