The program is great, but if your child doesn’t make fast enough progress or gets frustrated with reading or any regression they will insist you not longer continue the program.

They also have strict attendance policies which is important but it’s just odd they hold the client to a strict attendance policy but will sometimes leave you waiting months for a tutor if one leaves the practice or your child moves up a level.

For a place claiming they are here for struggling readers and want to support students to overcome the struggles with challenges it seems they only want easy quick to catch on readers.

It’s a shame because my child was making progress. It was slow but their school results proved it was working. I had no issues with repeating lessons and taking it slow. But that not what they want?

There are some nice tutors there and if it works for your child that is great.
