Worst place to try and get counseling for a child. They act like they want to help just to make up false allegations because you won't do what they say. Not very professional when a supervisor calls you threatening you and telling you they will call DCS on you if you don't give your child medication and an emergency evaluation at a hospital that doesn't even provide services to children. They are fake and liars! I would never recommend anyone to go here. Take your kid for help just for them to lie and say you are unwilling to help your child and make up lies and false allegations to report you. Sick! Stay far away from these people!!!

I sent a family member to them. They scheduled appointments. When she showed up for counseling... the appointment would be canceled. No call to reschedule. This happened four times in a row. I called and spoke to supervisor. I was assured it would.be corrected. It wasn't. Same behavior.
Then upon multiple times complaining they sent a letter letting her know it was ok to seek another provider.
I do not recommend sending loved ones to them for mental health.

Do not go here if you want to get your kids counseling services. They are sneaky and like to twist the reports to the benifit of the state for profit. In my opinion this is a corrupt racket that needs to be exposed. Those friendly faces and attitudes hold a more sinister agenda behind closed doors. Parents beware!

Followed my doctor/counselor, Becky Yates, here after she left A.C.T.s when they became Community Partners. After a year or so, I was telling her how tired I was of the constant abuse & absolute disregard Community Partners have for their clients. She told me that she would look into it for me and contact me. 2 weeks later, never heard from her. Then I get a letter stating that she no longer works at Easter Seals and started working for Community Partners! Integraty is dead.

These people are just lousy at what they do. That's it. "You're not out only client. There are people way ahead of you and we'll get to you when we do.", And trust me, that day never comes. My daughter spent an extra 2 weeks in juvenile detention because she forgot to send off one sheet of paper in an application, she never followed up until I called her and she finally made a phone call only to find out she never completed the application. No apology, no accountability, no recourse, just oh well, I guess we'll just move on.

The service here is wonderful for adults and kids. The atmosphere is wonderful and everyone there is always nice to talk to.
