Where can I start? My babys started here in November They seem very friendly but from the start, I know it was gonna be trouble. The owners were very dramatic. When my daughter broke out with hives. They said I had bedbugs but two of my kids go there. The other one was fine. They got all her stuff put in a trash bag I was very embarrassed the owners Don’t care about peoples feelings I feel sorry for the workers cause I know it can’t be peaceful all the time anyway I love the area because it’s convenient for me I wanted to go back just wanted my sons asthma to get better the owner kicked them out a day before tomorrow’s would’ve been there last day she didn’t except that so today they got kicked out she told me to pick up their stuff so I did I’m very emotional so I’m writing this now. I really love the staff that took care of my kids.i stayed because of them from November to April because of miss Rosa and her daughter are wonderful workers. Miss Laura is great. My children are one and three and they took care of them very well. but my son has asthma and he’s on new medication. I’ve been having to miss work for him so I had to look at my options and I found him a Daycare that will help so I moved my kids I did want to go back once his asthma calm down, but it seems that the daycare owner got upset didn’t get to say goodbye to the teachers like I wanted to my baby’s don’t understand but they didn’t get to say bye they do not accept doctors notes or help with medication. The staff is friendly, but the owners need more experience, on being understanding, I wasn’t give them a star not one they made me feel that my kid’s feelings don’t matter the staff Ashley told me there under staff so I felt that they kicked out my son for little reason and the owner said that there is five families after me on a waiting list when they’re understaffed I know us parents need daycare the see us as family members our baby’s stay with them more then us but when your kids are sick they have them in front lying down on the carpet they have mats why not use them I could only imagine now what happened behind closed doors I hope this helps someone and them reading this maybe they’ll change there ways good lucky… god bless

I cannot recommend this early steps learning center enough! The staff are amazing and truly care about each child's individual needs. My toddler has thrived since starting here and looks forward to going every day. The facilities are clean and safe, and the activities are engaging and educational. I have seen such growth in my child's development since enrolling here. I am so grateful for the care and support they provide.

Elizabeth discriminated against my son for being on the low spectrum of autism! I would not recommend this place they are highly unprofessional and don’t really care for your children!
My son had separation anxiety as any child does when they are being left with strangers for the first time and she turned him away after one day, without even trying to do what they are literally paid to do!
They do it for a paycheck not because they love to care for children!

I always say communication is key, apparently not here. My 3yr old son went there for a little over a month. Everything was going smooth. So I thought; daycare called for me to pick up my son becuase they were concerned for his health since there was HFM passing around and told me I need to see a doctor to get him checked out. Manager said that the owner WOULD except a letter from pediatrician's ONLY and need to state he does NOT have the illness. came back with pediatrician doctor's note of clearance that he is 100% healthy and my son was rejected daycare services by the owner and said they do NOT except doctors notes of any kind.
This is why communication is key.
