We love the daycare. The teachers are really caring. The food is really good. The kids really enjoy it. Our daughter really enjoys going to school there. She has made huge improvements in her speech and seems genuinely happy. She always talks about her teachers and her friends at school.

Extreme rollover in employees. There has been two extremely uncomfortable situations with TA’s in the short time we have been there in my childs class and I was not informed of either- and one of the situations required me talking to my child about what is appropriate and what is safe and I was not given the opportunity to coach and communicate with my kid about things.

On another note, my child cannot have dairy and is a very Picky eater and we were not allowed to bring her own meals to make sure she ate, which would’ve consisted of something as simple as strawberries, cheese, ham, or crackers So intern, she came home very hungry after a long day this would be something to consider before bringing your child here. My child is 9 and is 55 pounds soaking wet. She cannot go all day without eating Her food preferences.

Also there is no camera in the rooms to protect the kids from inappropriate or poor treatment- have pulled my child and reported what I need too - take care of your babies

Staff and management here is horrible. They have been notified many times of problems with teachers being inappropriate and neglecting children and push it under the rug. They treat special needs children horrible with no empathy towards them. Allowing other children to mistreat them and just unprofessional all togther. They are currently under investigation for a teacher being inappropriate and still just continue to ignore complaints even when coming from other staff members.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff there need to be educated in how to properly support kids with special needs or behavioral disabilities such as ADHD. When I brought up concerns of my child being bullied I was told it was all in his head and took 2 weeks and me arguing back and forth with them, for them to remove him from the class. Instead of educating the teachers they blame the parents for misbehaviors when they don’t know how to handle them. They call them problem children and accuse you of over reacting when you stick up for your child and try and work it out. They are not good at problem solving. On numerous occasions I’ve walked in on the teachers screaming at the kids because they just won’t listen. They show no patience and hold no understanding of what it means to work with children. My kid has told me that one teacher will roughly grab his arms and yank him around if he’s being “bad”. Under no circumstances is it ok to put hands on my child. I do not trust them with my child anymore and others shouldn’t trust them either. If you present this to management they throw it under the rug and dismiss you,. This management and the teachers are disgusting and unethical in every way. I have removed my child from the facility

Why do you constantly let everyone park in front of the building where the school bus has to stop in the middle of the street instead of being able to pull in front. STOP PARKING IN THE FRONT WHERW THE BUS NEEDS TO PARK.

My nephew was enrolled here. Most of the teachers seem to be very good. In fact, my nephew loved his teacher.
The problems that my sister and I noticed, probably weren't noticed by the kids, but rather the adults.
It seemed like the staff struggled at times against inconsistent management. Our experience left us feeling that the management left a lot to be desired.
The director for instance, doesn't seem to be very qualified for her job. She really seems to be lacking the proper people skills for her job, among other things. Not trying to put anyone down, but I don't believe she even knows how to read! If she were no longer there, I think this place would flourish.
My nephew really did love his teacher though!

One of the worst daycares Ive ever put my children in. They were there for about 2 years. When my family when through some devastating loss and my children of course reacted in a type of way especially my son being so youngm not knowing how to express his feelings on top of already detecting a speech delay. So we went through some hard times for a bit while the daycare walked me through some much needed help for him and got him started with everything. All and all my son ended up inproving so much as the staff worked with him very hard. As the school year came a close i noticed more different staff more frequently and different unorganized programs and field trips. My son declined in his progress this last semester in all his therapy help. Also becoming very angry outraged and just a complete monster as they would describe his days. Its been a devastating experience for both of us. All in all do NOT recommend. Have a great 2017.

My daughter went to their Chelton location her first summer with them (3-4yo), which was a wonderful experience, and then last summer she's was at the day nursery (4-5yo). It was way more hectic and disorganized, but they had a summer field trip program where they took 1-2 field trips a week and had water play on Fridays. The problem I ran into was I accidentally only gave a week and a half notice instead of a full two weeks notice before my daughter started kindergarten, so not only did they charge me for a full week my daughter wasn't there, but they charged me a registration fee for the start of after school daycare. I was upset, but it was my fault so what could I do? Come to find out they did not pull the money from my account like they did every week for two summers because to my surprise 4 months later I receive a letter from them informing me it wasn't paid and I only had 10 days to pay it or they were sending me to collections. When money becomes more important than my daughter and our family it becomes very dissapointing. The money is in the mail but my daughter will not be going back.
