I am aware that this training center has had instructor issues for staffing, but the person they had teach the class read in a monotone voice for 2-days straight. We would get so far off topic that we had to rush through 50 to 75 pages at a time to get "caught up." There was a promise to leave early each day if we took a short lunch vs. the whole hour. This did not happen either day as we had to play catch up. I learned more by reviewing the workbook and taking the practice test online more than the 16 hours I sat through this class. This is very sad as I purposely took this in person class as I know I learn better in a classroom setting than reading the information on my own. The instructor even said he couldn't understand why his class sizes were getting smaller and smaller. Well, this may be the sign you were looking for to get someone else to teach this class. The instructor was knowledgeable and had decades of experience but was difficult to hear due to the ceiling HVAC fans in the training room. He did not have all the answers and it would have been beneficial if he could have notated our questions and gotten back to us w/the correct answers. Instead, he said he was not sure of the answer, but it likely is not on the test. Then the next sentence was everything in this workbook could be on the test. That is a very mixed message. I appreciate everyone there at Eagle Education for encouragement, facilitation of getting us set up w/the state to take our actual exam, and the workbook, but the in person class needs some major help. Class dates were recent as of the end of January 2023. Also, a side note, if you are going to provide coffee for your students, also provide cream and sugar as not everyone enjoys black coffee.

I found Eagle Education while searching for a course that would keep me compliant on my continuing ed courses. I had not heard of Eagle Education before but am thrilled I found such an amazing resource. Everyone was genuinely helpful. The course was setting was comfortable, the time went by faster than I expected and the information was beneficial. I will definitely use them again!

Larry Larsen's Eagle Educational was very helpful from the start. Website was easy to use and when I did have a question someone was ready to assist me. The on site course was informational and I learned a lot. I would definitely recommend Larry Larsen's Eagle Educational if you what to learn and be well prepared for your state board test. We had a great experience with Eagle Education. In the past, I had sent our employees to different companies for their pre-licensing classes, but after my experience with Eagle Education, they are the company that I will always go to in the future!! We worked specifically with Christine and Paul and they were great!!

I took the Property & Casualty Insurance class and was extremely disappointed. The teacher who "taught" us was unqualified to teach P&C and simply read us the book instead of teaching us the concepts we needed to learn.

At times, the teacher even taught us wrong information by consistently mixing up "insured" and "insurer." I even had to take over an explanation of basic auto liability coverage so that the other classmate could learn the proper information.

I did pass this class but I received no benefit from Larry Larsen's Eagle Education. I will not go back to this organization for CE credits or recommend this organization.
