This is a great gym for competitors, people who wanna get in shape, and those just learning the fundamentals. Master Rocky pays attention to his students and his passion for martial arts shines through and through. The gym is fully equipped with a ring and every gadget you would need to succeed along with a great group of folks where there’s no egos only brotherhood. Maybe being at a boxing gym is especially stressful for some, but here I feel at home and appreciated in an environment where everybody wants to help each other. 50 dollars a month is a blessing in todays age as well. All thanks to Master Rocky for his wonderful instruction and my boxing comrades.

This is one of the most diverse gyms I've worked out in. The instruction is top notch offering boxing, kick boxing and traditional martial arts. Very family friendly and outstanding instruction.

Not gonna lie. I’m 45 and my body generally hurts from years of military training, so when my son asked me to take up a kickboxing class with him, I was 99% certain that it was not going to go well for me. But let me tell you how pleasantly surprised I am at how this gone so far. Nearly 3 months in and while my body is generally sore (as it should be after a good workout), there are areas that were not very flexible before, mainly hips and lower back, that suddenly feel like they’ve received a new quart of oil. I CAN MOVE SO MUCH BETTER! Master Rocky runs his class in a manner suitable to all age groups with a wide range of abilities and treats everyone with respect; he’s simply a great guy. I’m doing this stuff with guys in their 30s, 20s, and even the teenagers. And, I’M KEEPING UP! Not only that, but I’m also slimming down! (or at least getting leaner). Master Rocky’s program is great for those that want to learn a new skill, learn some basic self-defense, or just need someone to coach them through a good a workout a couple of times a week. I am 100% happy with how this adventure that my son talked me into has turned out and highly recommend it for others. Plus, it’s been a great bonding experience for me and my son! You can’t put a price tag on that.

Great place to get in and learn the foundations of boxing and kickboxing. Coach Rocky was very friendly and helped me get in as much training as I needed despite my horrid work schedule. Classes are not intimidating at all and are focused on teaching things the right way rather than just trying to knock someone out. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to start their MMA journey, or someone who just needs something to keep them in great shape.

Master Rocky is absolutely the best of the best. My son has been attending EDMAA for a year and he loves it and so do I. Master Rocky is professional, down to earth, knowledgeable, great with the students, very funny and friendly. His love for martial arts shines through him and he expects his students to be the best! Eagle and Dragon makes you feel like family and every time my son leaves a session, he feels accomplished, more confident and excited to return again. I would highly recommend EDMAA, you won’t be disappointed.

He donated his equipment for our Stress Management Event two years in a row and even helped us load the equipment in our vehicles. I take my 4 year old son here and he is doing amazing. He absolutely loves Master Rocky. It keeps him active and learning new defense moves. I definitely recommend the little Dragons program for anyone who has a little one looking to get more active. The price is the most reasonable in the area. Master Rocky keeps it fun and makes the kids want to come back to learn more. Even at the age of 4 my son asks when his next day to come back is because he looks forward to it so much..

I cannot stress enough how much we love coming here! The staff are absolutely wonderful, and Master Rocky is incredible with the kids. My daughter is always excited to go to each lesson. I also love that they talk about more than just karate; they really encourage the kids to thrive in not only karate, but in school and in life. I would recommend Eagle and Dragon Martial Arts to everyone!!!!
