We loved having Niki as a part of our team during our birth experience. She took the time to get to know us individually and as a couple in order to help us navigate the birth of our son. I think one of the most valuable aspects of her support was the education before birth as well as just knowing we had another person on our team. Niki was fantastic and we are so lucky we got to share our birth with her.

We had Niki join our birth team late in the game, in third trimester. Although I was hoping for a natural birth I already knew my baby was breech and there was a good chance I would need to go the route of cesarean. She was helpful in discussing both options and how she could support us through either birth route. As first time parents we came with some anxiety and a lot of questions and her presence and reassurance was a huge part of what made my birth experience so positive. My son was born via cesarean birth and having Niki with us through that truly allowed us to enjoy the birth of our son knowing we were supported and without worry. So grateful she was able to be part of my son’s birth day!

My partner and I worked with Nikki for the birth of our first child. We did a home birth and wanted to have the most comfortable and empowering experience possible for my partner. Nikki was an absolute champion. Our labor progressed quickly and having Nikki with my partner allowed me to set up the birth tub without leaving her alone. Nikki did an incredible job coaching my partner. She always seemed to know exactly what to say and how to physically support her. After I set up the birthing space, I joined Nikki in supporting my partner and we quickly fell into perfect sync. Thanks to Nikki, we kept our fears at bay and brought in the softest and strongest parts of ourselves to our birth.

Cannot express how thankful we are to have had Niki as our doula before, during, and after the birth of our beautiful daughter. We truly could not have gotten through labor without her support! We had a great experience with Niki as our doula, even through several twists and turns in our pregnancy! She was always quick to answer questions I had along the way, and when we were deemed high risk and told we needed to deliver in Denver, Niki had a session with us to empower us to handle labor and birth with her virtually. Lo and behold, our LO had other plans and came nearly 3 weeks early, and although we were communicating with Niki as labor started, we felt so empowered and prepared with her trainings that my husband and I got through labor and delivery so quickly and confidently, Niki didn’t see us until after birth! We learned so much from her sessions, I’m so glad we found her.
