There are very few places that still run like this shop. Dwayne had my account pulled up based on my license plate. Attended to my needs immediately without any fuss. They even gave me a loaner car at no extra cost. My car was in and out in under 4 hours. The other places in the county were to busy to take a “Quick Look”, or just assess the issue. This is the type of place that pays attention to details for instance they changed the battery on my key fob. It’s no wonder they have been in business for 42 years. They treat their customers with class. Excellent customer service. As a commuter, who travels into the city my car is an essential part of my day. Thank you for taking care of my Volvo!

Brought in my 2009 Volvo S80 for a radiator fan problem and the extraordinarily friendly and competent team of professionals were able to diagnose the problem, source the part, and install it perfectly all extremely quickly and at a very reasonable cost! Can not thank them enough for getting me back on the road with no interruptions. Highly recommend for all of your Volvo car needs, dealership level service without the outrageous price and delays!

Great service with honest and thorough communication by the owner who directly called me about the car problem, the parts needed, prices, and even lent me a loaner during a very difficult time finding a place to live. I even had a broken phone the day i had to return the loaner and pay my bill and wasn't able to let DAW that I was running behind and also stuck in traffic due to the weather, and the owner was STILL THERE WAITING FOR ME! Amazing trustworthy company that I would recommend to anyone in need! <3

I’ve been going to Dwayne and his crew for 10 years. I will never bring my VW anywhere else. They always do a great job. They diagnose the issues correctly every time, communicate well during the process, and provide a loaner car for free. No other shop will provide this level of service.

Once again DUPAGE AUTO WERKS comes through with the right solution to my X-5’s problem. Noise in the front end, possible front wheel bearings.Not the problem. I just needed new tires and that fixed my problem…thank you DUPAGE AUTO WERKS.

We had our 2016 VW Golf in to find a coolant leak, follow up on repair of the rear brakes, do an oil change and perform general inspection and servicing. In a day and a half all of the work was done and for a reasonable price.
