Nice amazing place. Very friendly atmosphere. Caring employees here. Safety is top tier. Rules are very easy and simple to follow. Really are supportive for those in need for shelter and safety. Definitely can rely on The Dream Center. Very professional and organized. Great and over all supportive for those in need.

If you're homeless, it's a good place to for you to be, it's better than being homeless 😉😘 Yes, I do recommend their dream center for those who need a place to stay a warm meal, recommendations, and the connection that you might not have from family or whatever your situation may be. If you're a stranger and trying to find a place to help you get back legally in the system or place to stay for you and your loved one, I strongly recommend the dream center

Terrible experience. These shelters just don't know how to run an honest business. I witnessed staff stealing clothes so they made up a terrible lie about me and threatened to have me arrested. Well I'm in the cold, but I'm sure the Hope store will be very interested in my story Kay. I suggest you review the made up camera evidence you allege you have and right that wrong before I let everyone know what I witnessed.

I am a type 2 diabetic with disabilities and also have a 7 year old disabled child...this shelter kicked us out for me advocating for myself all while my sugar is out of 40. They made no accommodations as far as food knowing that me and my child have severe food allergies and I also work and my child does extracurricular activities....Anytime I have said anything to them about it I get nothing but attitude and threats to be put out of the shelter my daughter and I aren't even from this state I would not recommend this shelter if you are going through domestic violence they put their victims at risk.... my 7 year old and myself are now homeless in 98° weather, no water and not even being able to go to the bathroom in this facility... because of them putting us out we cannot get into any other shelter here in Peoria...

We've been there, and sincerely the center is awesome we were treated like VIP's,the food was amazing.Its a place where one and get lots of resources if one wants and a stepping stone where one can start with. Come to Staff, they provide what each resident needs and with honors. My gals found aunties and uncles when it came with the staff. I would love to one day go back and help Lorraine (The Chef) to cook for residents African food.

Went to an event called I Never knew. The children preformed small acts and poetry to celebrate healthcare. It was this years focus for black history month. They staff seem to guide and encourage the children in love! They could use something to make it nicer for the children but it was clean and welcoming!

This place is a true Blessing! The people who work here are beautiful hearted individuals. I could say so many wonderful things so I'll narrowit down, if yourehomeless
