What an amazing learning experience! David brought energy to the class so it wasn’t just your usual sit and watch a video. The hands on learning was nice. David actually walked around as we all did the hands on and made sure we were all doing it as accurately as possible! Would definitely recommend taking his class if you’re interested!

I've been renewing my CPR with David for the last few times it was due. The class is great and he sends out reminders that it's due!! During the class, he makes sure everyone has a GOOD grasp of all the info and return demos. He's kind and helps all learning abilities. Like he says, you want to be comfortable and know it so we can give care the way we would like our family members taken care of.

I live in central IL, but I drive up because I really enjoy this class. The instructor is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He wants all of the students to do well. Great pricing! I'll keep driving up to renew!

Had my class with instructor David Cotterell and I can say that in the 10+ years of always doing CPR, he was the best instructor I’ve ever had and made me feel very confident if I ever had to do CPR.

To be honest I just had a baby and renewing my CPR was the last thing on my mind - I was going in tired and low energy. And CPR class is long because there so much material to cover - His class was enjoyable and nice. Never boring. He was able to include everyone in the class dialogue. The updated videos were very helpful.

CPR already can be nerve racking doing it in front of people but he made it comfortable. There was no judgement at all. He was straight to point and discussed relatable real life situations. He made points in class that these are instances with a perfect scenario and how to adjust it to real life situations (ie: when using the AED with two people, small hands with holding mask, positioning infants easier when delivering care to them or instances during CPR where it can be challenging). It made it very relatable.

He not only prepares you during class for the test at the end but also sends out in the confirmation email beforehand his study page and other study materials that were very helpful, make sure to look at them beforehand!

Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be recommending you and coming back again when I have to renew my CPR again.
